The location is excellent- just few steps and minutes to visit lovely streets of Reggio Emilia.
The staff in reception are very kind and proffessional.
What is very important, is that cleaning never has interrupted me while staying in my room. They always manage to clean the room "secretly", if I have left the room. Never heard any knocking behind the door, like heard in some other hotels.
Truly recommend!!
Cosy yet elegant
aliaslisaon 15/12/2015 14:12Located in the hart of the town center, this cosy yet elegant hotel is very confortable and spacious. Breakfast is complete and rich even though the room is quite small, but hardly ever crowded. Excellent staff and service.

MorenaRamirezon 04/11/2015 17:02It is a very nice, central located hotel in Reggio emilia. The rooms are big and bathrooms spacious, free wifi, nice people working at the front desk and for breakfast. Breakfast was good, fruit,yoghurt ,different styles of eggs,etc..they serve very good cappucino's.
Great for female solo travellers.
GRJSBon 07/06/2015 12:19I travelled to Reggio-Emilia alone to attend a Study Week at the Magaluzzi International Centre. The hotel is down a side street but easy to find. The rooms have a traditional Italian feel so not modern hotel cosmopolitan decor you see all over the world.Two lovely shuttered windows, lots of wardrobe space, free wi-fi. The shower room in my room was fabulous and full of quality toiletries and lovely fluffy white towels.
The breakfast fare was extensive, fresh and beautifully displayed. The fruit salad was fabulous.
On a couple of evenings I had room service for dinner at just five additional euros on the menu price. the food was delicious!
The staff are really helpful and speak English very well.
Just a word of caution, I left my Kindle to charge but the lights and electric work on you key card so disconnect once you have left... I had to charge it overnight.
