Toxic perfume smell overpowered the entire visit
Dominic Pon 13/06/2017 21:47The room we were given smelled so strongly of bad perfume that it gave us a headache and our clothes stunk for days after leaving. We were also given a handicap room where the shower was just the entire bathroom floor, even careful showering filled the bathroom and it started leaking out into the main room. We really just wanted to leave (even though we pre-paid for the room) but in Summer there were no vacancies anywhere in Pompei. Also, while the hotel is right next to the ruins, there's no easy access, it's about a 2 mile walk to the main entrance.

Alenka Pon 31/03/2017 12:26Found this little hotel online a couple of days before coming to Pompei. Is a bit off the main road, but easy to find with navigation. Parking is equipped with camera and staff are friendly. Room is clean and breakfast nice. All you need. Is also not far from Pompei. Good value for money.
Affordable, Convenient, stunning views of Mt Vesuvius

Staff – friendly, helpful. Good parking, relatively close to town, though not right on the centre. Modern, well-appointed, it had a lot of features, great decor. Didn't spend a lot of time in the room; good, clean rooms, everything worked. We had a car, close to ancient ruins. Breakfast was great. Had drinks at the bar. Up on top deck was a gigantic umbrella-like sunshade – quite awesome. Spectacular, amazing views of Mt Vesuvius. Affordable, convenient.
a bit far from the town, but ok
Antonio Mon 05/06/2016 18:02I was there for a couple of days, planning to visit Pompei ruines. The hotel is a bit far from Pompei town at the end of a very narrow street: there is however a large parking and rooms have everything and are clean; breakfast is basic, but complete. It's probably a bit too expensive for what you get: however I was there for a bridge.
Maybe I needed to do more research...

The hotel is a beautiful new building with a beautiful garden, pathways, roof top lounge and pool area. The pool is small, but the outdoor area is quite big. The rooms are on the smaller side and decorated with cool vibrant colours (as their photos suggest). The rooms come with a spacious bathroom, but the shower is horrible and the toilet takes 10 minutes of interesting noises to reset itself after a flush. Finally, the towels have the texture of triscuit crackers, no joke.
The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. It would be very difficult to access this property unless you have your own vehicle. It is 750m away from home nearest main road. It is not nearly as close to the ruins as the map would suggest (again, maybe more research was in order). It is about 10 minute drive to the closest entrance to the site.
The WiFi only works for one device per room and worked ok for a laptop, but not at all for my phone.
The breakfast was good for Italy, but nothing special.
The staff were friendly but English was limited. They could explain everything well, but were unable to help with recommendations or directions.
This hotel might be perfect for some, but wasn't at all for us. There is nothing wrong with the building, the rooms or the area, just not what we had in mind.
