Had delicious homemade late lunch when we arrived. Treated like family. Breakfast was also homemade and wonderful. The room was so reasonable that lunch for three people was the same price! Great location for visiting the Parco D'Abruzzo. Room was comfortable and one of the best values of our trip. Highly recommend it!

Outstanding place, with amazing food and the great outdoors

Il Pescatore was the perfect location from which to explore the stunning region of Abruzzo. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food at the restaurant was absolutely incredible, and the staff was accommodating, professional, and friendly. We could not have asked for better. I would definitely stay here again. Highly reccommended.

Wonderful hotel, stayed as a group of 28 touring Europe in 14 cars. We were made to feel so very welcome and the food was brilliant as was the pool after long days driving. The drive in and out of Villetta Barrea was stunning.

Stopped with a group of friends on a road trip though the area, greeted with beers and smiles, staff really helpful and friendly, kitchens clean and all food made fresh, great nights sleep in a nice comfy bed, pool nice and clean, overall experience....... Brilliant!

The welcome was most excellent. Thank you for our stay. We could not of asked for more. All 28 of us had a fantastic stay. The countryside location was stunning.
We would recommend your hospitality to all our friends & family. The food & accommodation was great.
