A serene place within your budget

Let us first talk about the location and surroundings of the hotel. The location is extremely convenient. The Candolim beach is just a walk-able distance away from hotel. There's a super market near the hotel and there are a few restaurants too which offer pretty good food and service.

Now, talking about the hotel facilities, there's a moderately spacious parking space at the entrance near the reception. Check-in process for us was pretty smooth.. Once you check in there's a nice swimming pool and then start the villas.There is lush green grass and beautiful flowers to make the ambiance pleasant. There's a gazebo where they serve the breakfast. The breakfast has bread and butter menu so not loads of options but much enough for two - three days.

The room has a nice sit out where one can chill and enjoy the serenity. The room is also has a couple of refrigerators and a kettle to boil water and make a nice cup of coffee. The staff out there is very kind and welcoming. This hotel would definitely help you in having a memorable stay at Goa for sure.

We stayed there for almost a week .Situated at a centralised point in candolim with very good staff the rooms are good and very well maintained .Wakable distance to candolim beach would definitely recommend this .

Had grabbed a non refundable rate, had to cancel due some emergency back home. Spoke to Ms.Jalla she immediately acknowledged by stating cancel on Booking.com and request for 100% waiver they would oblige and I will also do the same. To my pleasant surprise it was waived no one would have extended such support . Thanks to Allberque Villas Goa candolim and Booking.com . For being customer centric . For also setting a good precedent in the hotel industry. The property is great and awesome. Will definitely stay when we travel soon to Goa.

Centrally located .... Barely Basic facility .... too Expensive in its class

The property is so centrally located that the beach or supermarket takes just 10 walking minutes.
Rooms are actually suites and well laid out. So you have a sitting area with balcony for smokers. There is a small kitchenette attached and fridge to cool your wines and beer.

Here comes the dampener ..... never saw the manager of the property .... god knows if there is one. No lockers in room ... really unheard of now days
There is no room service and just a skeletal staff to help you...
And you may stay here forever but only 2 TWO BOTTLES OF WATER are given on arrival after that nothing!!!!!!!!
Expensive place and stingy with water !!!!!!
Stay here only for location !!!

Albuquerque Holiday Villas is one of the best bed and breakfast facilities in Goa! Located in Candolim, on the main road and very close to the beach, this place really makes you feel at home! The property is peaceful, absolutely clean and well maintained, therefore ideal for family stay. Thanks to Tony Albuquerque and team for the warm hospitality.
