Underwhelming To Say The Least
she227on 14/07/2017 16:04Haven't stayed at a Marriott in awhile and now I remember why. While the hotel wasn't necessarily bad, it wasn't great either. Wasn't given the type of room requested initially and had to be reassigned. The a/c in the next room had to be fixed. Were told they are in the process of remodeling-outdated facility and no microwave, fridge or breakfast. I think they treat their rewards customers well and there are some floors/rooms better than others. Restaurant is on the pricey side although staff was very friendly and accommodating. Won't stay here again.
Great place to hold a meeting
COsporteron 13/07/2017 18:52We hosted an event for Cold War Patriots at the hotel and the staff was SUPERB. All of our "asks" were quickly and efficiently accommodated and I cannot think of one thing that could have been done better. I was also impressed by the staff in the lobby during the morning hours who were greeting guests. And the bartender went out of her way to squeeze us some fresh grapefruit juice for our drinks. We will definitely be back for future events or stays.

Melanie Ron 28/06/2017 22:48On a business trip we stayed here and the staff was awesome. Very attentive to the needs of the guest. I really enjoyed the attention to detail on the greeting and acknowledgement of each person they came in eye contact with.
The rooms were in need of renovation and a bit more attention to detail with the cleanliness and condition of the rooms.

Roger Von 20/06/2017 23:07Clean rooms, spacious lobby with bar-lounge areas; very friendly and helpful staff. Close to Uptown Shopping Center, Trader Joe's, University of New Mexico - walking distance to many nice restaurants.
Comfortable and friendly
mamacitaSantaFe_NMon 13/06/2017 20:07I'm a little surprised by the negative reviews for this hotel. I stayed here for two nights while I was attending a conference at another hotel down the road. My room was beautiful--maybe it was upgraded already. It was clean and comfortable, if a little bit small. Linens and towels were top notch. The bar in the lobby has great, quick food. The shuttle driver gave me a ride to my conference enthusiastically and promptly. To a person, the entire staff went out of their way to be friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again in a minute.
