The Hotel is situated in the middle of Frechen, the staff are very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, life to higher floors, has a secure free car park, restaurant serving excellent meals, breakfast was very good.

Friendly, flexible and hospitable - great option for jumping in and out of Köln

Excellent, quiet hotel for business or leisure e.g. sightseeing around Köln and surroundings. It surprised me from all possible aspects.

Very friendly, flexible and hospitable staff, open to special diet requests. Great coffee, breakfast, restaurant in the ground floor with delicious food and excellent beer (check also their brewery in Köln 15 min walk from the cathedral). Spacious home-like furnished rooms, good beds to get good some sleep. I am a light sleeper and had no problems at all!

10 min walk to Frechen city center with a pedestrian zone, 5 min walk to a supermarket, petrol station around the corner. App.60€ for taxi from the Bonn/Köln airport. 1min to tram, 20 min by tram to Köln.

Would definately choose this hotel again!

Good location and services for the price

The hotel is difficult to book. Managed to do it only 2 weeks before for businesa trips. Worth the money (79euros per night with breakfast ) parking is ok. Perfect location. However the coffee for breakfast is ugly. And the food in general is mediocre

Ideal base for Cologne

I had originally planned to stay at a hotel in the centre of Cologne, but as I was taking my car thought better of it after reading reviews of driving in Cologne.
This hotel is ideally situated being only 100 metres from the tram stop into Cologne. The trams run frequently and the journey time is only twenty five minutes. You will require change for the tram and can pay at the machines on the tram.
On arrival we received a friendly greeting in a pleasant reception area, and check in was swift and efficient. Our room was pleasant the beds were ok and the furniture although a little dated was more than acceptable. Wifi is available free of charge throughout the hotel and worked well.
Breakfast was a buffet and had a good selection of cooked meats, cheeses, pastries and cereals which were of good quality. There was scrambled egg and bacon available but I did not have any.
There was no rush to check out, with a midday deadline.
Overall the hotel and staff were excellent and I would recommend for anyone visiting Cologne.

We have been there with our daughter in june . We has an excelent journey. The food was very good. Very confortable bed. Very big room and very bright room. A great 'thank you' to cheef, Doina and Nick and all from Miruna !
