Better than I expected
lynntrickon 25/10/2016 10:41A comfortable, clean hotel, with quite a good breakfast. We chose to pay a little extra and have a three person room for two of us. This meant that we got a sofa as well as a desk, which we were glad of. Having read that noise is a problem, we asked for a room on the quiet side of the hotel - and that was definitely a good move. There was some noise on Saturday night - but nothing we couldn't cope with. The plus side is that the hotel is very central and well positioned.

cleopatra son 23/09/2016 10:12The hotel is comfortable and affordable. Importantl, it has private parking underground. Breakfast satisfactory, although my colleagues who came later have not found all the dishes. The hotel is well located, you can easily reach the castle of Karlsruhe.
Ok for price and location
Alessandro Lon 15/06/2016 16:43The hotel is a surprise even is old and you can see the difference with the new hotel stile, the rooms are nice the breakfast is enough to start the day. I suggest you to ask for room looking inside. In the nigth the noise from the street can make your nigth a nightmare.
Worst Wi-fi EVER!!!!!

If you are coming on buisness and need any sort of internet McDonalds would be a better option and newer decor on the inside. Shower-room floods badly. Staff are only redeeming feature friendly and helpfull. Good location.
OK hotel, friendly staff, but too noisy
Jsetsaason 13/09/2015 16:29Stayed here from Friday to Sunday, and (as other reviewers have mentioned) it was VERY noisy from the street, until very early in the morning. Provably better on wwekdays.
The staff was friendly, and breakfast was good. And location is very central downtown Karlsruhe.
