I stayed at Residence Grand Place with 3 friends .We couldn't believe our eyes when we saw the gorgeous apartment: very clean, fully equipped, and the owner was very nice and helpful.
The location is absolutely great - close to the shopping area, bars , restaurants and supermarkets.
They do charge you in advance for the whole room but it's worth it. It's not as noisy as people say, or maybe that's because our apartment did not have a view of Grand Place.
Internet was a spot of bother inside the apartment .

I stayed here in January 2017 and was simply amazing! Wish I stayed longer. Room was very comfortable and I slept through any noise that might have happened outside. The view is spectacular! Will definately be returning

hello all, i will write down exactly about my short stay at this flat
i rented 2 flats, one for 4 and 1 for 3
both of them are really big,(really) i couldnt expect bigger than that
the flat is located at the GRAND PLACE, in one of the flat we had an amazing view.
towels are given / flat perfectly clean / really good price
ATTENTION : to get the key, we need to go to the shop downstair, you should contact the owner once you booked, he replies really quickly
bad point : cose of the location this is really noisy at night, but i could sleep,
i will definitely stay there again for only 1 or 2 nights

I booked this hotel in last year through Booking.com and was charged on the check in date the full amount. Last week which is 5 months after my stay, they have charged the same amount of money to my card. I can't reach them on phone either. Please be careful with your cards when using this facility.

This was such a cool spot to be. It was worth it and I would absolutely stay here again!
Sure, there were some drunk people wandering around and singing but I wouldn't complain I mean, that view!
its such a smart layout too, I really liked it.
I wish we might have know the limited coffee and no water bottles but wouldn't dampen my experience.
