nice rooftop pool

All the parking spaces outside were taken so we parked in the garage for 6Euros a day. the staff was very friendly and helpful. As we had to hand in all the ID's upon check in as you do in Italy they found out that my daughter had her B'day the next day. It was a nice surprise when the next morning at B'fst the staff sang "tanti auguri a te" to her and presented her with a decorated muffin!!! so 5 stars from us. Grazie mille!

Lovely Friendly Comfortable Hotel

We booked 2 rooms for 10 days & had the most enjoyable stay! Staff are very attentive & always happy to help, nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast was plentiful, cooked breakfast, cereal, fruit, pastries, croissants, so much choice & dinner was always a delight. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay & I would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you for making our first ever visit to Lake Garda a memorable one.

Helped us out of a pickle

We started a long trip around Italy here to relax around Lake Garda. Hotel is an easy 100m walk to the lake promenade and 30 minute walk to Sirmione centre.

The rooms etc were fine for the budget and the roof top pool was quiet/not crowded.

We are VERY thankful to the staff for helping us retrieve our passports, which we left behind!

Excellent accommodation. Lovely roof top swimming pool. Fantastic staff - very friendly and helpful. About 30 mins walk into Sirmione - a pleasant walk along the lakeside. If you don't fancy the walk there is a very convenient bus into Sirmione which stops around the corner from the hotel and only takes about 5 minutes.

We stayed 5 nights with breakfast, the welcoming was so nice. Good information, very friendly and helpfull staff! Room was small but clean with a good airco, it is more than good enough! Nice swimming pool on the rooftop with a bar, breakfast was very nice.. lots of things to choose from! The staff was so helpfull, very friendly ladies who would jump to help you, nothing was too much. You can buy the bustickets at the reception, they also give you the info about timetables. Also info for ferry or bus to Verona with a map. When we wanted to rent a boat they did everything to get info, they called for info and reserved a boat for us. Very nice team, big big thumbs up. Grazie mille for everything! Wendy and Patrick
