A nice hotel and Restaurant Near Motorway to Madrid

We dropped here for lunch. It has nice large open space and lot of parking space.
The restaurant is very good with terrace. the staff is very good and helpful. They helped us by arranging some vegetarian food as well.
The bar and restaurant is spacious.

The hotel is well situated in cala bona and local bus service and not far to cala mellor

In one word excellent, the hotel staff was all very efficient and helpful they could not do enough for you . I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel , The food was excellent with a good variety of choice and the entertainment was spot on.

Traditional Hotel

Thought we would be arriving at a lorry drivers/coach stop hotel but were very pleasantly surprised by the clean & traditional reception area. We had upgraded to the larger room because we travelled with our dog & again we were pleasantly surprised. It was larger than expected, spotlessly clean & smelt fresh. There were radiators throughout for colder times.
We booked the breakfast & evening meal. The starters were impressive, the portions large & tasty particularly the seafood, our main meal of pork chops about average for Spain (as much bone as meat) but meals to other tables looked better value. Breakfast was very good with large selection.
No lift to rooms.
Would certainly stay here again.

Stopover Ruined by Inconsiderate Dog Owners

We have used this hotel for a number of years now, as it is dog friendly and has good walking facilities nearby. The staff are friendly and helpful, but the food is quite limited and basic. Disappointingly, a lot of other dog owners now seem to have caught on to this hotel and, on this occasion, our stopover was ruined by a couple of selfish owners who insisted on walking up and down the laminated hallway outside our room with their dogs from 5:30 am. I could understand it if this had been done quietly, but repeated trips back and forth making lots of noise is simply not on. This is precisely what gives dog owners a bad name.

Overnight to Spain

Easy to find 5 mins from motorway so good location. Plenty of free parking or you can pay extra to put your car in secure garage.
In my opinion the receptionist that checked us in was not very friendly. However the bar staff were as was the evening and morning receptionist.
Good bar food.
There is a restaurant also.
Room was very spacious and clean as was the bathroom. Some toiletries provided.
The bed was not comfortable, no tea coffee making facilities and no air conditioning.
Breakfast was served in the restaurant and in my opinion was good. Jamon,chorizo,ham,cheese,Spanish omelette,toast,croissants,tea,coffee,orange juice,cereals,
There was yoghurts and fruit However they were in a cabinet so not sure they were included.(we didn't have any)
There is seating outside although limited.
There is also a settee and two arm chairs so not much relaxing seating.
