routine visit to Pigeon Forge
Wayne Won 29/08/2017 20:49Staff was the best part of this hotel ! Hotel was fairly clean.Bath showed mold and mildew around shower tub. Shower head was outdated. tub drain plug had been pulled out(maybe broken) and was laying on the tub. Bed itself was very uncomfortable and bed covers were of poor quality and even felt very rough. Light came through the bedroom window curtains which made sleeping like the lights were on.Even though the parking lot was well lighted.To say the least if I stay @ a hotel I want a good night sleep! Ice machine -(only1 in hotel)did not provide ice the several times I tried. Updated-The tvs were from the 60s-For the price I was expecting more-Dont think I will stay here again!
Best staff ever
Divachanelon 21/08/2017 00:47I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The hotel is older, but has been remodeled. It isn't fancy, but the staff is the best you will ever find. They are very accommodating and treat every like family.

Shikaraonthegoon 04/08/2017 21:53Great value! Rooms were very clean, and furnishings/carpets looked new. Great breakfast including several hot foods. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Just down the road from Dollywood. Very close to Parkway without being ON the busy main road. Had a great little kitchen and a very comfortable sitting room. If we go to Pigeon Forge again we will stay here again!

onlychildnowon 04/08/2017 02:46These suites are newly remodeled - fireplaces, full kitchens, and brand new mattresses - finally slept the whole night in a hotel room. Comes with free breakfast. fresh omelets. Very reasonably priced. Pleasant & helpful staff.
Large Suite, Clean and Inexpensive in Pigeon Forge!
JoannaB24on 01/08/2017 22:55We got a deal on Groupon for a suite with a small kitchen that has a cook top, full size fridge and plenty of storage. The couch folded out to a queen and it was nice to have 2 TVs. We were able to shut our door in the bedroom and let the kids have the rest of the space to themselves. We were only in our room in the evenings, housekeeping did a fine job cleaning the room daily. It is a bit of an outdated property, not brand new, but not really outdated either. We had new carpet, but the furniture showed wear.
Full hotel breakfast served, but it was minimal. Canned fruit, make your own waffle, toast, milk and cereal. There is an employee cooking eggs and she will add cheese or any meat that they have available that day. She made us omletes and scrambled eggs a couple of mornings we were there. We ate out the last morning. It was a FREE breakfast and something we took advantage of considering we also brought snacks and fruit for a mid-morning snack.
Access to our room through a side-door was nice and parking was easy. Check-in and out was also a breeze. We were able to fill up our cooler before heading out for for each day.
LOVED having the full size fridge. It's not as large as ours at home, but it certainly isn't a mini fridge. It also had an ice maker that was exceptionally clean when we arrived. We enjoyed having tea while we were in the room. And the fridge more than accommodated our picnic stuff, case of water and sodas.
Overall, we would definitely stay here again. It is a central location to Pigeon Forge, right outside of Dollywood. The rates through Groupon were fantastic!
