Good Place to Stay
PlanetRon 03/04/2017 18:03We rented a newly renovated unit on the 2nd floor. The unit itself was decorated very nicely. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit was spacious and well appointed. Unfortunately the building is not well insulated and you could hear every step, chairs sliding in and out and sometimes voices from mostly the unit above. I always thought wood floors were a strange choice for a ski place. So, my recommendation is to rent a top level unit on the 3rd floor to avoid this very annoying feature. Because the insulation was so poor you could feel drafts on very windy days and it was difficult to get the temperature comfortably regulated. The living area would be cold and the bedrooms to hot.
The bus stop is immediately out the front door of the building. It is very convenient getting to the base for skiing because busses pass every few minutes. Getting back is not so easy. The bus doesn't stop directly across the street. You have to make sure to get a bus that turns right on Park Avenue and the stop is about a block way. When it snowing and you have to cross a busy intersection this is not ideal. Another longer option is to take the bus around to the Main Street transportation center and get off at the stop in front of the building. You can ski down to Town Lift and catch bus there to get dropped off again in front of building. You can also walk back from base. Or you can drive and park at the base. There is a learning curve at the end of the day. The wait for the correct bus was often 20 minutes or so. Some of the options getting back just did not work for me because I am lazy and prefer not to be inconvenienced. You can leave your skis at overnight valet at base for $7/night.
Large hot tub was nice, but they leave it covered with a solar cover and the straps to connect it to the reel were missing so you can't roll it. I stayed at this unit in January and again in March so it never was fixed. You can replace those straps for a very minimal charge...I have the same cover at home and they do wear out. It's very inexpensive to replace. No one seemed to be working there to open and close this pool/tub.
Underground parking was great and never an issue finding a spot. Ski locker room was convenient to put on boots. Ski boots aren't allowed in units.
This is a reasonable priced option in a decent location. I prefer a bit more ski in and out for convenience. The bus system is generally ok, but not perfect. I might consider the building again, but only a top floor unit because I'm sensitive to the noise.
Great All Around for 5 adults.
Nin0221on 19/03/2017 23:46We stayed in unit 104. Nicely furnished and well appointed. Plenty of room for five adults and all their stuff. Great location with heated pool right outside our door. Shuttle bus stop is in front of the condo and every bus seems to stop here. Never had to wait. Short walk to the mountain if you opt to walk. Would definitely stay here again. Great price too for 3 bed/3bath.
Very nice condo close to lifts
Discusdocon 07/01/2016 11:05We stayed at the All Seasons condos in early January, so we got a terrific price. We rented a two bedroom unit with a large kitchen and living room. Each room was equipped with TV with satellite service. The livingroom had ample seating and a fireplace. The kitchen was fully equipped and contained a spacious dining area. The unit had two attractive bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. A large hot tub was just outside the door.
The complex had ample underground parking. I brought my truck, so I had to park outside. The unit was about 800 yards from the lifts and a shuttle stop was just outside the door. Skiing was excellent. I first skied Park City in the 60s. It is now the largest ski area in the US.
This is a first class resort, and we would stay here again.
We had perfect customer service through Kelley Kowalski! She is very friendly, professional and goes the extra mile!
Jan Oon 07/07/2015 22:08Ms. Kowalski was a huge part of us being happy with our experience! She made sure we were pleased with our hotel. If everyone in customer service performed as she does, the world would be more pleasant and effective!
