Super clean and nice room very good bed ,,,and the price is very low comparing to hotels in France.
If you stay longer than 7nights you can get better price too.= one month is far cheaper but you need to put big deposit.
Only thing I did not like about this apartment is the kitchen = small and hard to cook and the fridge was small too=== but at this price in France you can not expect too much,,and this has very nice bathtab and hot water"!!! instead so I liked this apartment very much.

On the other hand I tried several cotages in Camping site near this property= about 20~30km away there are many Camping place in which you can rent a moving house at even cheaper price than this apartment= they all have nice big kitchen! So if you want to cook and u had a car you should go to Camp! Near the dune is recommended

I liked the place, despite a couple of shortcomings.

Not that easy to find, no signs, a bit out of town. Advise taking a look at google maps before heading off. It's a big block of short-term rental apartments.

Ample parking outside, though it might not be enough in high season...
The place is on the banks of a small lake, which is good if your apartment faces that way – otherwise you have a view of the construction work going on on the other side of the road.

Reception has limited hours - make sure you get there at the right time.... The staff were friendly and helpful.

I was in a studio (corner flat, so large picture windows let a lot of light in). The flat was not spacious, but had everything you need (the outside balcony, complete with a table and chairs, must be nice in summer).

The small kitchen is in a corridor between the entrance and the room, with a door – which is very useful to keep cooking smells out of the bedroom….

The kitchen has a small electric range (2 hobs), a filter coffee machine, a microwave and a small fridge. There are enough pots and pans, cutlery and crockery. No washcloth, sponge or washing up liquid, though.

The bedroom has a medium sized flat screen with all inputs (no English language channels). Wifi worked fine – clocked about 7 mbps.

Bathroom was good enough, hot water fine (the flat has its own boiler). Storage space could be improved – small closet only.

There is a dining room where you can have a buffet breakfast - did not have any so can't comment. Also a coin-op laundry, IIRC 4 Euros or so for a wash or dry.

We stayed here overnight and can highly recommend this place, great apartment,spacious and clean! A large balcony ran the full length of the apartment and it had 2 large rooms and a sofa bed in the living room! Staff from both this hotel and local amenities were great! You can use the pool and the breakfast was great! Next door is a fabulous restaurant that is an all you can eat buffet-style, we sat outside overlooking the lake, then had a walk by the lake. Loads of shops nearby! Great price (£115 for a room for 6 people)

Bit of a surprise

Read all the reviews and I have to admit I was a little nervous when I checked in for two nights in Jun. The room was a pleasant surprise, double bed, small kitchenette and clean bathroom. Wifi was good enough to Skype. Slept well but had no room service which was a little disappointing when I came back to the room after day one. Local restaurant is good and a short walking distance. No issues with ducks!

OK for a one night stop over

Basic accommodation at the end of an industrial estate. 2 bedroom apartment was one bedroom and a sofa bed in the living/dining/kitchen area (not exactly a second bedroom).
Arrived at 3pm and told to return for 4pm as room not ready. Returned at 4pm and checked room - towels used, bed sheets dirty. Apparently room not made up yet. After complaining, room was made up and cleaned (apparently staff issue). Quiet location and adequate facilities. Only stayed for one night but could not imagine staying for longer.
