Lovely little B&B in a perfect and quiet location.
janet514on 03/11/2015 22:44We were so happy with our stay in this comfortable hotel. Ester is a one woman wonder, efficient, welcoming and extremely helpful, even printing out train schedules for us. Her directions for finding the hotel were perfect including a "turn just after the church with the mosaic front", it is not often one is lucky enough to get directions like that!! The location is perfect, just around the corner from the main shopping street and many restaurants. Be sure to ask Ester for recommendations as she knows Lucca very well.
Very convenient B & B with shady courtyard
43butcheron 14/09/2015 14:45Very conveniently within walking distance of main sights of Lucca and buses to Pisa, airport and other destinations. Clean uncluttered rooms and bathrooms. Esther very efficient, cheerful and helpful, she speaks excellent English. Her restaurant recommendations are varied and good. Shady courtyard garden a welcome retreat.
Great location and very helpful owner

We had a car and there is a garage you can park in and she also has bikes you can hire which I would highly recommend doing as it's the best way to see the city. Our room was clean and spacious and quiet. I would definitely go back!
Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Lucca
Kendra Bon 07/06/2015 17:45The hotel was very clean and comfortable with spacious rooms and a/c. The women running it was very friendly and helpful and spoke English very well. Free wifi and the included breakfast had many wonderful options. The hotel is also off the pedestrian main drag - so it was quiet at night with no one passing by, but it is in a very good central spot. Would definitely stay here on a return trip to Lucca and would highly recommend to friends.
Nice little pensione
DLGilmoreon 04/06/2015 06:25Alla Dimora Lucense is tucked away on the Via Fontana, a narrow alley on the north side of the charming city of Lucca. The pensione is bright and cheery and well appointed. The attendant was a lovely Italian Nonna who was eager to ensure our comfort and to help us with directions around town.
The room was well done with large windows which let the cool breezes from the Aupuan Alps fill the room.
Excellent hotel to which we hope to return.
