Worst place ever, don't stay there
on 12/06/2017 20:24So we checked in this place might of which we spent all of 30 mins in the apartment before deciding to find somewhere else to stay.
We booked through booking.com and the picture of the room we stayed in was completely different to the one showed on the website (you will see in the pictures). We discovered the window was smashed, tv was hanging of the wall and plug sockets didn't work. The whole place was an accident waiting to happen.
We couldn't get onto the decked area as described. Put it this way it was an expensive hostel!!!
The owner.......well we messaged asking to meet us at 9am this morning so we could drop the keys off and it was a no share. She didn't adhere to the cancellation policy that was on booking.com.
Very very very disappointed as the pictures were not the reality!!!!
Good location close to the Vatican
RnR_275on 15/07/2016 16:32Check in was tough as there is no one on site and we got lost and missed our check in time by an hour and had to wait on the street. Stayed 3 nights and breakfast was prepared only once, although we were informed to help ourselves on the other 2 times. The rooms are nice but the showers are very small, our shower was blocked for the whole time we were there. We informed management on the first night who said they would try to sort it out but it did not get sorted by the time we left.
Nice rooms and service
181adriennhon 13/06/2016 12:31It was our first time in Rome and we really liked this apartment! I recommend this place because it looks nice, the hostess is kind and although it's not in the city centre we could get there in 10-15 minutes by bus.
The breakfast could be a bit more varied but we were fine with it. :)

The facility is situated in a residential building very close to the Vatican on the first level.
Stephanie and her partner have transformed the facility into a very comfortable / modern / clean 4 apartment B&B, and are fantastic hosts.
The facility suits families as some apartments have extra beds and or bunks.
It's close to a bus stop and only about 3 minutes to the Vatican and 7 minutes to the city centre.
Breakfast is good.
Request a room facing the court yard if possible.
Highly recommended, and run by a lovely family with a serious "care factor"

Good rooms but lack of breakfast

This BnB has 4 rooms. 3 rooms are excellent (for the price range) and has a nice shared balcony to the backyard. The forth room has a shared bathroom and if you are a guest in that room you don´t have access to the shared balcony unless the other guest let you go thru their rooms.
Breakfast
The breakfast is basically tee and coffee with a croissant. They also have bread baked in the oven but, after 1 day and the same bread is served the next day you don´t want it. The third day no one served any breakfast (labour day). The forth day we where offered the same bread. In order to eat you have to stand by a bar arrangement in the mixed kitchen/reception. If you like to sit while eating your breakfast you have to have one of the rooms with the shared balcony or have permission from the other guests.
Info and management
The owner presented her self and gave us her number if we needed anything. But she vas very hard to get a hold on by phone. She also had some work arranged on the balcony and these men had to walk thru one of the guests room. This without consulting the guest.
Overall
Very disappointing.
