Gyoparon 20/08/2017 20:28Its a hotel that delivers in every possible level: great Location /superb cleanliness/good customer service and comfortable stay.Absolute value for money.They overnight underground parking is a bonus.Will be definitely returning.

Azurianon 15/08/2017 09:37Nothing really wrong with the Allegro. Staff were very good and friendly,the room was a bit small but OK for one night. Our only"complaint", was the shower cubicle was small with the mixer sticking out a long way, which meant you kept knocking the tap, which went from scalding to freezing . This was the 5th 4* hotel we'd stayed in on our trip, and it felt more like a 3*. Good points were a view of the river and the location in the centre of the city. Despite our average rating we'd stay again.

The room was clean and not that small. Staff were friendly and car parking was OK. The location is very good since it's 15 minutes walk to the Dom and 5 minutes to chocolate museum and Rhine river is across the road.
Lovely hotel - would definitely stay again
tracymck2015on 26/07/2017 13:35This is a lovely, kind of boutique/old style hotel. The three reception staff we met over our stay were very friendly and helpful.
Our room was at the back of the hotel so we didn't have a very exciting view, but it was quiet enough to keep our windows open during the night. The room was quite small but not too small. Massive comfy bed, lots of storage space, an easy to use safe and a mini fridge (that wasn't very cold......). Enough plugs, but you do have to look for them...some are disguised as light switches!
There's no air con in the room but there was a fan. Big, flat screen TV and good shower with decent water pressure. Proper big bath sheets provided too. The bathroom didn't have any space for storing toiletries though.
We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. Wi-fi was free but we had to ask for the password as it's not provided in the info pack in the room.
There are closer hotels to the station but this wasn't far to walk and is quite close to the things like the cathedral, shopping area, a tram stop etc. Much better value for money to stay here then pay a lot more to be 5 minutes closer to the station.
Great hotel
Steve Son 23/05/2017 16:20The staff at Hotel Allegro is great. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel is in a good location close to lots of food drinks and sights. Parking will cost about $12 USD but it is a safe garage. The breakfast is not worth paying for. Go somewhere else for breakfast.
