Nice place to sleep!

Good location, walkable to key attractions including metro.

Walking into building is misleading, we struggled to find entrance as you enter through office like entrance between an outdoor sitting area to a restaurant.

Rooms were nice, mostly all white and elegantly set up.

Shower was powerful and nice. Not common to come across in hotels.

Mini kitchenette in room with good coffee selection.

I would consider going back to this property comfortably.

Great apartment in a fantastic location, but service didn't quite hit the mark

The apartment's excellent - clean, modern, comes with free wi-fi and all the utensils and toiletries you might need for a short stay. And honestly, nothing beats its location if you're just in Milan for a couple of days and want to be close to the sights to cut down on travelling time - just around the corner from the Duomo and La Scala, walking distance to almost everything within the centro storico, shops and food everywhere! Zero issues on the apartment itself, but service was a complete miss - we pre-booked a private car pick up from Milan Centrale train station intending to take the Malpensa express into the Centrale, and tried sending emails to 3 different emails prior to our arrival to confirm our pick up, but received no responses. Finally reached out via whatsapp and were told that the train pick up only applies to schedule trains, not the Malpensa express, because there wasn't room for the driver/car to wait at the station. Even though we suggested calling or texting when we got onto the Malpensa Express, or when were were nearing Centrale, we were told this would still not be possible, and we would just have to take a train / taxi to the apartment ourselves. You can imagine we weren't too pleased, especially since this wasn't made clear on the website when we booked the transfers. We arrived at the apartment at 10.30am and asked if we could check in earlier, but were told that it was being cleaned, but the manager would call us if it became available any earlier than 2pm. This was fine, since they allowed us to leave our luggage behind while we walked around, but the problem came later. Messages and calls from approximately 1pm onwards to ask if the apartment was ready went unanswered, and come 2pm, i.e. the designated meeting time, we were left stranded and waiting for FORTY FIVE MINUTES downstairs outside the building (it's an office building with security downstairs). Trying to reach the office using the doorbell/intercom labels was fruitless, messages were again unanswered, and calls to the manager were also useless because the phone had been turned off. He finally turned up at 2.45pm with nary an apology. This resulted in us being late and having to cut short our pre-booked walking tour, and you can only imagine the panic at the possibility that we might not have accommodation, and might lose the luggages we had left behind! Not the start to our vacation we had in mind. All in all, great apartment in a great location, but the check in process needs vast improvement.

Good apartment in central location

Room and facilities were fine but doorman on building, doesn't work for Allegro, and is rude and unhelpful. Just ignore him! Address is hard for taxi drivers but say it behind the Excelsior Hotel and you will be fine.

Holiday in Milan

Centrally located with easy access to everywhere. A bit of noise, since the apartment is on the busy shopping street behind the Duomo, no problem for us.
For brand name products shopping, it is a short walking distance nearby.

Overpriced flat rental

It's a few flats in an office/apartment building, no front desk, no help whatsoever.
Checkin can only be done 12/17 or be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes outside on the street, even if you call upon landing to let them know you are coming.
Check out at 10:30 and nowhere to leave suitcases after you that, oh btw check out me as leave the keys in the apartment,
there is nobody to assist you.
The only good thing about is place is the location.
My advise keep looking there are plenty of options in the area...
