Priti Aon 26/08/2017 18:04Too conjusted....lived for 3 nights ....in kitchen there is just place for hot plate n one sink.....too small..no ventilation...n got room on 1st floor....as told by them higher floors r only for residentials....so pls check floor if u book.
Still will not stay there the next time I go to lucernce.

Hotels are bit populated but this apartment is quite and private.

the apartments were same as shown in the website though a little small, transportation by bus to the luzern main station was easily available on intervals on 10-15mins
it also has store in the next building were everything is available
Modern, well located apartments in Lucerne
pardamon 04/07/2017 07:33The Allmend apartments are a good choice for Luzern as they are well connected by the bus and train to the Lucerne main station. The apartment was modern, spacious and well equipped with all kitchenette facilities and free wifi. The city centre is 15 mins by bus from the apartment. Also there is a supermarket ( migros) in the apartment complex.
The top floor apartments have a fabulous view and I totally recommend a stay in one of the superior apartments on the 27th or 28th floor.

1. Small apartment size with uncomfortable bed. Standard Furniture size makes the apartment difficult to move. We stayed on 4th floor but I heard the upper apartments are better in size. Don't look at photos of apartment in swiss tours booklets and book because you will be 100 % disappointed. The beds have wooden panels on the side which makes the size smaller.
2. No air conditioner. Swiss weather was at 26 to 30 degrees. Windows opens a little way only. Got stuffed the days we stayed there. Got a fan for a small relief.
3. Extremely small kichen. If we can call it one.
Almend authorities. Pls fire the guy who got the interiors done. If properly done the size of the apartment was enough for comfortable living. But bad or we can say no planning and execution ruined it.
What was good.
1. Extremely helpful staff bianca. 5 stars
2. Location close to station and bus stop.
3. Close to supermarket for shopping
4. Since residential area was peaceful with small play area for kids.
5. Washing machine down stairs free.
All said. Still will not stay there the next time I go to lucernce. Mainly because the price does not justify the value given by the apartment.
