bellapasta6on 19/08/2017 18:48Hi once again (3 times) another fantastic stay here with perfect hosts excellent B/B to stay at with all things nearby coop supermarket at the end of street just before you get on water bus you can buy bottled water at normal prices ect although the hotel does have a fridge in the room and supply bottled water wine and canned drinks breakfast is continental a good start to the day.... buses from Ospedale and Nove will take you around the Island or over to Murano and also back to Airport around 20/30 mins turn left out of hotel and you are in walking distance from Rialto Mark's square ect on a lovely route over bridges and through the streets of Venice.
Great value, location, service and rooms
noratravelreviewson 29/07/2017 21:57Stayed here three nights. The rooms were very simple, but clean and spacious. The location was a 10-15 walk from Saint Mark's Square.The owners were very friendly and helpful, giving great recommendations. The room also had air conditioning which was great. The only thing was that the breakfast was minimal, only served 2 small bread rolls, coffee, a yogurt and a packaged cake. Overall, it was a great stay.

The owners were incredibly sweet and gave us great recommendations for where to eat in close proximity to the hotel. They were always willing to answer any questions we had and provided us with a great complimentary breakfast.
Simple and worked well for us.
iceskatestacyon 19/06/2017 19:40Very clean. Simple room with a bed, shower, AC and WIFI. It isn't on the strip and that's fine by us. It was a comfortable room with wifi. We wanted a place to stay so we could GO OUT and visit. There is a little grocery store nearby and water ACTV vapporetto, a great location when you figure out the walking paths. Simple breakfast in the morning. Our hostess was very informative, friendly and helpful. If clean and simple works for you, then this is a place to rest your head.

Robert Mon 07/06/2017 17:33Great location and very clean place to stay. Nice after a day of sight seeing and hoards of tourist.Staff was fantastic. Will stay at this hotel on my next visit. It may not have all the bells and whistles of a luxury hotel, but it has what counts. Comfort,affordable and clean. Also about two minutes walk from waters stop. No need to carry luggage all over town o get to hotel. Remember,there isn't porters or bellman to help with luggage unless you staying at a luxury hotel on the canal. They usually start around 300 euros per night. Water Taxi from airport 130 euro.
