Mr. Nick and Mr. Daniel are incredible wonderful hosts. They will give you great suggestions. The breakfast is the standard Italian breakfast. Without any doubts, I will return to this B&B
Terrible hotel
Gabriel Bon 18/07/2017 17:34The room was infected with mosquitos and we found blood in the bed sheets. The a/c in our room was damage and no personal at night to help us. We past the hot night killing mosquitos and you cant open the window because you get more mosquitos. Poor breakfast compare to others hotel with the same services. The only good was the location but we not recommend it for couples trip. Here some photos.
Very welcoming and great location.
Poshandspecs53on 09/05/2017 19:38We arrived with my elderly father late at night so was delighted to discover that this hotel was a 5 minute walk from the taxi drop off point. We were greeted with a warm welcome and immediately made to feel at home. With only 6 rooms and 3 of them being taken up by my family, we felt very comfortable. My father was given a ground floor room so he didn't have to contend with stairs and the rest of us were up just one flight of stairs. The rooms were spacious, airy and immaculately clean and had everything we needed. The breakfasts were continental with strong, hot coffee, fresh pastries plus fruit, yoghurt and cereal if you needed more. Both Nick and Daniel were really helpful answering our questions and giving us handy tips regarding our short visit to Venice. The hotel was located on a quiet street and was convenient for catching the water taxis and also only a short walk to the train station at the end of our visit. Myself and my family would very happily stay in this very reasonable small hotel again and would recommend it to family and friends without hesitation.
Great place to stay prior to a cruise
Shirley Oon 23/10/2016 23:45This place is an excellent B & B. I felt like a guest in their home and the breakfast was a great touch. Beautiful courtyard in the back yard. Easy to walk anywhere even to the Rialto Bridge. Internet was the best in all of Italy. Nick and Daniel are the most gracious hosts and give excellent information on where to go, what to see and how to get there. If you are staying in Venice prior to your cruise or staying after the cruise it is only one bridge to cross with your luggage. Take the people mover to and from the cruise and this B & B is behind the other hotel (BW) visible from the parking lot/Piazzelle Roma.. Love this place and would stay again. Venice was our favorite port within Italy. It is a walking city and you can just go anywhere!
Two night stay before boarding a ship
sixtytravellerCanadaon 23/10/2016 19:07The hotel is very nice only 6 rooms remodelled and very clean. The owner is so pleasant and helpful. Location is great for access to airport and cruise terminal. The owner made arrangements for transferring our luggage to the ship which went off with out a hitch.
Highly recommend this place.
