Top Class B & B
Jonathan Pon 05/08/2017 12:50Nestled not far away from the town of Carmarthen lies Alltyfyrddin Farm Bed and Breakfast. I stayed for one night in a very comfortable room with all amenities to hand, a comfy bed and good non-phaff shower. An excellent breakfast was provided with a wide range of food, all freshly cooked and lovely to taste. As a working farm with cows and the like it was interesting too. A pleasant and restful stay was had, with the hostess with the most-tess well on top of her game, polite, kind, and helpful.
A very pleasant farm stay, Great Breakfast

This place is very easy to find. Parts of the old farmhouse are several hundreds of years old,,, But Don't worry, the rooms are modern, and work fine.
Breakfast,,, Is almost like all you can eat !!, A huge selection.
all in you will be happy to stay here
Comfy stay
Chidambaram Von 01/11/2015 20:29Stopped over for the night on our travels in Wales. The small road off the main pretty much leads to the farm. The directions from Sharon our host was precise and worth following. The road to the farm is a tad narrow, so tricky to negotiate two cars. Definitely worth getting there during day light.
Our host Sharon , was extremely delightful and had a wonderful stay. You can see the animals from a distance, and we went there for some peace from the city. Apart form the dog arks waking me in the early hours briefly, had a great stay.
Breakfast was sumptuous with a selection of local cheeses. There was WiFi and plenty of parking.
Super friendly country escape
wakingdreamson 03/09/2015 16:10This is a lovely place to stay. I spent the bank holiday weekend there and I loved it. The good was clean and comfortable, with a good selection of tea, coffee, hot chocolate etc. You don't just get mugs, there are little teacups and a whole teapot as well, it was very quaint. The bed was comfortable and the en suite was delightfully modern.
I think what stands out at this bed and breakfast is the service. The lady of the house is very very Welsh indeed and she's also super friendly. She has a nice chat with you whilst she's cooking up a delicious hearty Welsh breakfast for you of a morning and she's full of great recommendations for local places to visit.
It's a lovely place to stay and very reasonably priced. If you're escaping from the hustle and bustle of the city and want a slice of the countryside, this really is the place for you!
Great experience
Johnpsauon 27/08/2015 10:45We recently spent 2 nights here during our visit to Wales.
We reserved and got a twin bedded room, and whilst it was a little small it certainly had everything we needed.
The en-suite bathroom was compact and carpeted, something we'd not seen before.
The water pressure in the shower was a little low; apparently there are water shortages in this area. We felt the bath towels were just a little small.
The included breakfast was excellent with everything you could want including freshly cooked hot food.
Free internet access was good, although the connection was a little patchy at times.
You should only stay here if you remember that this is a working farm that comes with flies, smells and the sounds of the country.
We'd stay here again.
