This is really nice hotel with relaxing view. I loved breakfast options they have. Staff are friendly and ready to answer my questions. I stayed 2 nights. There are mall near by you can walk to. You will enjoy staying in.

Not a good experience

Stayed for 2 nights there with my family. Location is good, situated in the center of the town. Well equipped good size room. A good shopping mall is very near, just 5 minutes walk away. All the facilities provided by the hotel are good. The problem i faced, i was given smoking room which i didn't ask. Obviously, a very bad smell filled in the room. When i complained about this issue, they regret and change the room on next day. Complimentary Breakfast was of no use. Moreover, staff always removed the eatables before ending time. Pool is good, kids enjoyed swimming in the hot day. Over all, a good hotel for short stay.

Unfortunate visit

I visited Almutaire hotels with my family for three nights I booked 4 rooms two connected and other two double beds.

1- Up on arrival to the hotels at 15:30 only two room is ready and I have to Waite for more than one hour for the other two rooms and more than 30 minutes for my bagges to reach the prepared rooms

2- The two connected rooms in the third floor were park view which is amazing view but unfortunately by 6 pm the two room smelled smoke because the hotels allow smoking in the rooms with terrible ventilation system and old fashion air condition.I called the reception and asked them about this issue they said we will send to you some perfumes؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟.By midnight my rooms was very smelly to the extent that you feel like that your sitting beside some who is smoking .I called them again and after long discussion they moved me temporarily to 5th floor at 1 am till the morning
3- On the second day they prepare for me a new 4 rooms in the 6 floor and they ask me to leave the old rooms before 12.Again It took from them more than 2 hour and 30 minutes to prepaid the new rooms and I have to stay in the park with my family during this time (difficult waiting time)

4- the rooms in the 6 floor that close to the the Jym were noisy (7th floor)

Long time to check out no communication between restaurant and reception

Really difficult time with the reception staff🙁

We enjoyed the hotel very much
it is downtown
its Restaurant service and food is fantastic with panoramic view of Bursa
Very nice Spa & Health center with sauna, steam room, thermal pool indoor & outdoors pool

Upgraded to a suite - whats not to like?

Upgraded to a suite Day 1 = 5 Stars alone. Absolutely amazing room, probable Best suite We've ever seen.

Extremely friendly staff. Reception helped us several times.

Lovely breakfast with a Really Nice omeletbar. Staff Really Nice and smiling.

Location a good 100 meters away from the center: Nice If you dont wanna sleep in the main buzz.

We participated at a hotel wedding here - very recommendable with a Nice evening view.
