On the lower end of Airport Hotels
ParthbGarg123on 11/08/2017 20:47This hotel is a decent budget airport hotel. The lobby is a bit dirty and loud in the night. The rooms are supposed to be all the same. The rooms are decent. The shower gels have been mounted the walls of the shower. All the room make you feel like that you are in a looney bin.
A comfortable departure point from Postland
Charlie Ron 11/08/2017 07:50A unique modern staying place. Friendly service, close to airport, and comfort area with bar and snacks. Decided not to stay downtown this time, as places like Westin have gone downhill. Simplicity does well in a unique setting.
Too noisy
bobster30on 09/08/2017 03:02I guess being an airport hotel, it should be near airport. But the disadvantage is that you can hear planes flying over clearly! I am those who is very picky on sleeping condition, noise like that will keep me awake all night! The room is clean and towels are plushy. But the pillows are very worn and my neck hurt in the morning. Location is good though. Only minutes walk to the MAX cascade station which takes you to downtown in about 40min.

Excellent value for the dollar and even though it's near the airport, it's conveniently situated to shops and other locations of interest. Amenities are more than sufficient and a huge plus for us is that our 5 pound Maltese dog was also welcome at the hotel for NO additional charge. We did encounter one notable inconvenience and Art, the manager, promptly made himself available to hear our concern. We were very impressed with the overall friendliness at this particular aLoft location.
Great Airport Hotel

You have a bunch of shops and restaurants nearby (BestBuy, IHop, Wendys, Chipolte, Target...) and it is steps away from the Train to get to downtown. Perfect option to stay at when you visit Portland and want to stay near the airport to save money, but also get downtown quickly without having to park or drive downtown.
