Don't judge at first sight!
petehoughon 08/08/2017 23:32I arrived at the hotel and didn't like the look of this but then the staff stood out and changed my opinion! The older gentlemen on reception I couldn't remember his number but would LOVE for him to know I appreciate everything he did for me looking after me and going out of his way to help me! And my mother and girlfriend when having an argument! The rooms are basic but are acceptable breakfast was lovely and the pool was a little too cold

Chemaine Mon 28/06/2017 17:28The apartment was basic but big. It was cleaned every second day. Bed linen and towels replaced. The staff were lovely. It wasn't a very busy place but it suited our needs. Highly recommend it for family holidays.

Sharon Son 10/06/2017 18:58This was the 3rd time for us and it is still as good as the first time. We recommended it to our friends who are currently enjoying as well. Seen some reviews saying it is dated which may be the case but it is very clean and the staff are so welcoming, and not just the reception staff the housemaids the pool guys and the crew in the chicken shack. See you next April guys
You get what you pay for and you get Shambhu
Floor Bon 06/05/2017 09:39We stayed here for a week. We slept in a spacious appartment for 4 persons. The balcony had a beautiful view. My parents have been to Alondras park once before and they told us about Shambhu Mishra. He works at the reception and like they told me: he is the best. He is really friendly and helps you in every way he can. Thank you Shambhu, it was really nice meeting you! The food in the Chicken Shack was good and the staff is really nice and friendly as well. We stayed for a week and we ate there 5 times: that's how good the food is. I will visit Tenerife again sometime in the future and I will definitely stay here again.

Cheryl Won 04/04/2017 09:51I stayed here on my own with my 4 year old. The Hotel is very dated to be fair, our room was clean but due to the dated look this can damage the cleanliness look of the room.
We only really used the room to sleep in, so for us this wasn't a issue. Our beds where changed twice during our week visit and housekeeping visited 3 times.
The hotel has a nice atmosphere about it, the staff can't do enough to help you, the restaurant on site is A-mazing, fast and friendly service, and the food is very good.
There is only two pools the children's one is 85cm which was fine for us, also there is no playpark, my booking site needs updating slightly I think.
The pool area is good fun there is a lifeguard who I witnessed being straight on hand to help a young child that had injured themselves. Other than the dated and basic look, I cannot fault this hotel!
