Relaxed break
Julie Ron 21/06/2017 13:18Our recent, relaxed stay at Alor Grande was one of clean comfort and convenience. Alor offers lush greenery, courteous caring staff and a restaurant that readily supplies, a limited, but good variety of Indian, Goan and Continental food. It's location is perfect for immediate transport, a variety of restaurants and (should one need) shopping at the superstore Delphinos or the smaller shops in its surrounds. In a word Alor Grande is THE place for a very comfortable stay.
Poor maintenance of room and bad service
484mohanon 29/05/2017 12:44We have stayed between 17th to 19th May'17 and services are not up to the mark. Rooms maintained badly (seepage in the bath rooms, leakage in the toilets, dirty floor, termite eaten furniture(dressing table). When we complain also, there was no action taken and attended to the problem except for the sweeping of floor by house keeping team. Also lady receptions indicated that there is no Manager as he left the job and we were not able to escalate the issues. Location is good but their customer care is very bad

93vivekjon 23/05/2017 05:26It was a good experience there.. Beach I'd nearby.. Location n rate is good ..We booked through Thomas cook..Overall resort is good ..Staff are very good.. Swimming pool u can use with dress code.....

Prashant313on 02/05/2017 14:16Firstly I just want to thanks all over management and specially to Mr. Rana restaurant manager for making our trip wonderful and for being so accommodator during our stay. I have been there in month of April with my family, we all are so happy very nice location of the resort having nice restaurant around the beautiful swimming pool. They served really yummiii breakfast and dinner with their worm service . nice and clean room with basic amenities staff was good ..need to maintain the outlook of building only the thing I didn't like the attitude of front desk's staff .
I'll recommend others to visit this hotel very close to candolim Beach

Amanpreet Kon 29/04/2017 14:29Its a ridiculous hotel i hv evr seen. poor maintenance unstructured area ac ws nt wrkng n staff ws nt rdy to corporate..pool ws dirty.i vl nvr recommend to anyone. Third class hotel actually its not a hotel it ws lyk a chawl..
