Clean and comfortable ! The owner is very pleasant and helpful and upgraded my room without charge !! The king bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on ! I loved the location. Everything you could possibly need or want is within a short distance. I'll be back for next year's balloon festival ! Thank You !

When you see no vacancy on everything come here

On a Tuesday when all the hotels on the Lake George strip were occupied we found this hotel. It is outdated, however clean. The owner is very friendly and helpful. My family of 5 fit into one room with 2 king sized beds. Unit door was very hard to open so you have to push. What I love about this place is it's location. Everything is literally around this hotel (Mcdonalds, BK, Dennys, Golden Coral) and only about a 10-15 minute drive down to Lake George. Because of its location it is overpriced but when calling around for hotels this one fared the cheapest. It had free WIFI that didn't really work.

Could not stay here with my baby...

I don't like to say anything bad about a place but I am shocked that this place is still in business. We were in town for a friends wedding and he unknowingly reserved us rooms here.

The first room absolutely reeked of stale cigarette smoke, it must have been a smoking room at some point to smell that bad, it wasn't a customer snuck a smoke smell...it was the kind of smell that permeated everything, and I had my 15 month old with me, so as soon as I opened the door I went to request a different room.

The next room was not as stinky but I took the time to inspect the room, there were hairs on the pillows, ring around the tub, paint chipping, rust on the baseboard and mini fridge, and the chair in the room was so threadbare you could see the foam cushion poking out.

I went to the desk again and told them it was unacceptable, they offered another room but I was already done...

They need to invest some serious money in this place!!!! Until they do I would stay away!!!

Large room in older motel, and we did not see any bedbugs, though apparently the Lake George area is infested with them at other motels, and from what I now read, this one had them at one time. Makes you wonder about the clientele who go to Lake George, because bed bugs just don't appear on their own. Dirty people bring them.
We found the room to be clean, the bathroom clean, and the bed very comfortable. The manager was very kind and helpful. He recommended a great place for breakfast, which we went to and enjoyed very much.
The motel could use an updating, and so it does not get a 5 rating from me. It was a good deal, in my opinion.

The office alone is indicative of the rest of this place. Can't believe the Board of Health would give a passing grade to this establishment. I was not staying there but was asked to check it out for others. Couldn't possibly recommend it.
