Skiing
Jan Lon 13/11/2016 21:40Unpleasant staff, smelly towels which haven't been washed in fabric softener, it smelled horrible. The room wasn't clean enough - floor wasn't mopped well. I don't repeat the visit in the future. There is much more better acomodation in Sölden.
Cosy & welcoming
ileananeton 21/01/2015 10:41We stayed here as a group of three for one week in January 2015. We got a little appartment with one main bedroom and a second room with a single bed and a kitchenette. The accommodation was very warm (well heated and the blankets on the beds), a major deal when you come from skiing all day long. Our room had also a balcony, where smoking was allowed. The bathroom was clean, spacious and equipped with soap and towels.
The house has a own generous sauna area, with a steam sauna, a finnish sauna, a relaxing room, an outside area and revigorating showers. Here the towels are also included.
You will find also a ski & snowboard room, where you can leave your sports equipment properly over night.
The breakfast is in austrian style, so you can choose from a diversity of cold cuts, cheese, boiled eggs, various breads, marmelade, nutella or go with milk and cereals. As beverage you will have warm coffee or tea and fruitjuices.
They cleaned the rooms every day, what felt very nice and neat.
The house is located ca.10 min walking distance from the center of Sölden (Postamt) or the Gaislachkogelbahn. If you are not a fan of carrying your skiis every day, you can easily rent a ski depot at the Gaislachkogelbahn and save yourself some energy ;)
I can warmly recommand the house for your trip in Sölden!
