What People are saying

Nice accommodation

Very Nice accommodation and nice Pool, But that's it, This is a lovely property with very nice rooms and a small heated Pool, However this in my opinion does not make a hotel !!
There was one person on reception with limited hours, No Bar, No restaurant , in fact nowhere to get a coffee or a bite to eat, the only other person we saw working there was the ONE cleaner who during our 6 day stay cleaned the room ONCE. (and left the door on the latch when she left) so lucky we didn't get robbed !!!! The room was self catering but take your own oven dishes etc as only one oven dish supplied, if you want to use the oven which took 35 mins to cook a few oven chips. Basically a glorified microwave. No Atmosphere in the hotel whatsoever so unless you are looking for total relaxation and solitude I wouldn't recommend it, if you are then its lovely

Excellent Location

We went in the summer on a cycling tour and for 3 of us to stay in one of their rooms for 2 nights, it worked out at £25 pp per night. Lovely rooms, great swimming pool (a little small if loads of people want to use it) and good service

Great for a family stay

A very comfortable and accessible hotel with plenty of space in the rooms. Perfect for couples or families. You can self-cater here although I think you would have to request equipment, but it is also close to many reasonably priced restaurants.

Nice hotel but don't go half board

We were here last week 4-11 March '17 and overall had a great holiday. The resort is great and the hotel is situated in Les Bergers about a 10-15 min walk from the town centre. In hindsight we would have been preferred to have been more central but you can get to all the slops with just a short walk. The room was better than expected, 2 doubles with ensuite and kitchen / living space although frustratingly no utensils were provided. Neither was a bar! The Staff were however very polite and helpful. The pool and sauna were nice but a jacuzzi would have been ideal.
We booked half board but wished we hadn't. The breakfasts were essentially fine, buffet style but there simply wasn't sufficient staff to keep the food and tables properly managed and filled. Dinner had all the pretence of being quite "high-end" cuisine (soup, starter, main course, cheese and dessert) but was usually if not always highly disappointing, edible but tasteless and in some cases downright bad, particularly the fish. When you have been on the slopes all day you want good hearty food and not what was served here. In fact we couldn't face it half the time and ate out which was a real waste of money but at least we ate better.
