Great location in a wonderful town
RICHARD Hon 31/07/2017 10:47Room was clean spacious, staff was friendly and spoke good English, parking was included and right outside the hotel. Very convenient to the main part of old Hann. Munden. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Thomas Son 17/10/2016 08:03The Alter Packhof Hotel is a larger hotel located at the confluence of two rivers. This makes for some relaxing walks along the banks.
The rooms are very spacious, clean and efficient. The rooms are equipped with minibar and refrigerators. The bathroom were large however there was only a mounted squeeze bottle of body wash/shampoo available. No other soaps or lotions. The breakfast buffet was also very good and offered a large selection of European choices. Internet reception was very good in our room.
The hotel is well located and everything is in walking distance.
The staff is very friendly and efficient. We enjoyed our stay here.
Old school heritage
Denzel Ron 06/06/2016 19:04Quaintly nestled alongside a river with postcard perfect scenaries . Fresh and lush green flora so tranquil I could loose myself for days in this one horse town. Definately worth the visit especially across the bridge into the street side pubs and restaurants.

Sveda Ton 18/05/2016 06:26Very clean with excelent food and nice staff. The view from the hotel is great, i also receiwed a room with a sauna which was very good. The town is wonderful with all those old houses and a lot of places to visit nearby.
bad bed, bad service
B-Mariekeon 02/10/2015 21:21The location of this hotel is perfect. Though I wouldn't recommend this place. I had a bad night, because of a matras which was over due for replacement. When I told the receptionist the next morning about this matras, there was no 'sorry', no apologies, no notice taken, just 'oh'. Next, she wanted me to pay for breakfast, which I told at my check-in that I wouldn't take. After which she replied 'but now it is already ordered!'. Which wasn't my problem, because I didn't order anything. But she made me feel it was my problem. Finally, she took it off my bill, but the feeling I had leaving this place, wasn't very happy....
