Splendid Hotel
VNR136on 16/01/2017 12:27I always like to stay in a hotel in which the ambiance is perfect and look awesome. I decided to stay in Altis and staying in this hotel is great. The amenities like Room service,air conditioned,free wifi and laundry service everything is fine. Food is delicious with attractive menu.
Good hotel
Albie Hon 06/05/2014 16:01This a perfect hotel for a quick stay over. We only stayed one night before leaving to Rajasthan and we found it to be more then adequate. The rooms are beautiful, the staff very friendly and helpful and the breakfast in the morning very good!
Is it really 4 Star Deluxe??
aknoteyon 16/06/2013 07:34Had an opportunity to stay at the Hotel two times for business trips. The staff is very indifferent towards your requirements. During my first stay, I was served food which seemed to be leftover by somebody else. Even the GM of the Hotel could not explain. At the time of Checkout, once again we were shocked to find the charges for which nothing was told and no services/food provided. Had to wait for 20 minutes for checkout despite of the fact that room key was handed over to the receptionist before taking breakfast? utter confusion among various staff personnel.
Second time, despite of booking the room in advance, a dusty, unkempt and suffocating room was allotted to me when I reached late night for check in on 13th Jun 13. When asked about alternate room, it was told that they were sold out. The bed linen had not been changed and there were lot of hair on the pillows and wrinkled bed sheets. When asked for linen change, it took about an hour. Just imagine that you are reaching late in the night and then you have to wait for an hour for linen change. There is no assistance provided for luggage handling until unless you insist for it. No Duty Officer is present in the night. Receptionist tests your patience when phoned.
Very much disappointed?
Biggest surprise is that Hotel Management claims that it is 4 Star Deluxe category hotel!!! Wish to know the authority which sanctioned them ranking of 4 Star deluxe.
DISHONEST STAFF - TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
JenniferOPon 28/02/2013 01:32We started our honeymoon at this hotel, and after travelling over 28 hours were assured by the hotel manager we could check in early without any additional charge.
Upon checkout we were told were had an additional charge for early check in as well as attempted charges for room service we did not order.
After disputing these charges with the manager (the same manager who welcomed us to early chek in free of charge) he called us a taxi which we were severely overcharged for.
A terrible welcome to India, very unprofessional. Unfortunately, it set the tone for much of our Indian business interactions. Be very weary of everyones integrity
Average Hotel
AK Gon 19/02/2013 15:00Hotel is not convinient location. The staff at reception is casual in approach. The pick up taxi arranged by Hotel came very late to receive at airport with lot of arguments to offer. The rooms is just O.K. The menu in dinner is not up to the mark and was very spicy. The packed break fast offered was of infierior quality. The outer view from room is not pleasing.
