Great stay
Hicksy1974on 31/07/2017 06:31This bed-and-breakfast was an accident stay. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were very spacious. The rooms were very nice and updated. The breakfast had numerous options and all was delicious. The family was very accommodating and friendly. Can't say enough about how great the stay was. Would stay again.
A bit pricey - the rest is absolutely fine!
PaulVilniuson 28/05/2017 21:02We were staying for 3 nights here with friends. Perfect location - in the center of Bacharach. Very good breakfast and helpful staff ( it's a family business and they really care). Has the garage for bikes, which is very convenient (as you most prabably will bike in the area ;-)). We haven't tried their restaurant for dinner, but we can definitely recommend greek restaurant Zeus, which is 50m up on the same street.
It's a good 3 star hotel, so if you set your expectations accordingly (the price might set your expectations a bit higher) - you won't be upset.

Marcia Hon 16/04/2017 14:40A beautiful hotel close in the heart of Bacharach. Well maintained, very clean and comfortable. We booked a room on the 4th floor. The owner kindly suggested we take the room 1 floor up for slightly more money. It was worth it. Breakfast had many choices and our dinner there was the best we had during our 3 day visit.
not worth a night
motiperion 02/11/2016 20:44no lift, no air-condition, IKEA furniture, outrages prices. terrible attitude.
although we were a couple, they tried to charge are for 4 persons + 4 breakfasts because we reserved a family room although indicated that we are a couple. Only after threatening to officially complaint, reduced the prices by 30 percent.
evening meals
1954laurenceon 18/10/2016 13:08My wife and I called in for a meal and enjoyed it. The weather was raining so had to sit inside but in warm weather you can sit on the terrace our in the square overlooking the ships on the Rhine. The food was hot an as per the menu.
