poczwarkaon 13/07/2016 06:28Extremely overpriced hotel with not a nice crew trying to cheat of people from abroad as much as they can.
Despite Russian law for 4h stay I had to pay full price.
They never have anything else than business class rooms available (5000Rub)... which are definitely not worth that price.
Free internet is not working (no not free available either).
Very disappointing.
what to expect in a frontier town
Nik don 22/10/2015 23:53Stayed there one night, from check in to breakfast, in one word the whole experience was: poor.
Check in took 45 mins, rooms were more or less acceptable but the shower was a disaster, internet worked. Breakfast was unforgettable (for the wrong reasons). Staff (some of them) were extremely unfriendly, cold war style. Next time I stayed in the Yamburg hotel, like moving from hell to paradise. View is on a sort of factory loading station.
Good location and excellent food, a bit overpriced.
Ljubisa_Peon 23/11/2014 21:38I have had regular room, and it is very small comparing to any standard. However, it is not so critical issue if you are there for night or two.
However, noise isolation of room is not so good, thus it was noticeable when anyone passes through corridor.
Staff was generally very pleasant.
In the lobby of the every floor, there are free of charge potable water machine.
Internet was working properly, which is important for every business traveler.
Breakfast selection was quite good comparing to what I have had in similar hotels in other inner Russian towns.
Most positively, is actual restaurant/bar within a hotel. I have had one dinner there and one lunch and both were very delicious while pricing is bellow average.
Price is not sky-high but almost on Moscow level.
Conclusion – if you don’t care to pay a bit more than average for N.Urengoy, and are looking forward staying in the center and have evening walk, you are looking for good food and feeling that you are in real hotel, this is choice for you in N.Urengoy.
Poor Quality
Jeffsrigon 09/11/2014 08:45Rooms have an odd smell, showers are disgusting, restaurant has very limited menu and the slowest wifi service I have ever seen. Oh and the elevator doors have no safety built in and almost got my arm caught in it trying to stop the door from closing on a child.
