The hotel is well located, the rooms are very charming and all the services are well done We apreciate specially the entertaiment manager hindou and her team for wich is managed by the activities to make you spend an unforgetable holIdays

We had an unforgettable stay as the hotel is beautiful both in terms of the quality of the services offered and the level of the rooms. We especially want to congratulate hindu the animation manager who invites night and day to satisfy the guests and who is always attentive to make our stay very pleasant
Worse hotel ever

We have book this hotel as family holidays.Total 3 family rooms. When we checked in all rooms given standard no beds for kids.we also requested rooms next to each other of course they were allocated miles apart. After complaining they moved rooms but allocated dirty room. We left luggages and went to swim as we didn't want to waste time when we back at 8pm still no beds for kids and no working telephone in any rooms.complained to guest relations but nothing changed Rooms- stayed 7 days bed linen never changed rooms never hoovered. Restaurant- in 7 days we haven't seen any red meet everyday chicken. You fight for tables,dinner serve between 7pm till 9.if you are not in at 7pm very hard to find food. In two occasion food run out at 7:45 Water is big problem, I don't know why they are keep running out water and you need to walk all the way to bar to get water. Staff hasn't been train to go and get for customer. Long story short horrible food horrible customer service Reception- as I said before we booked family room some how only one key given and although we asked second one it was denied. Customer service -I have complained to guest relations manager , f&b manager and operation manager nothing changed Operation manager got face as thick as wall. After waiting 45 minutes for doner kebab give up and complained to operation manager his answer was too busy. Yes it was that why you needed more than one kebab station silly man. I haven't got a clue who gave you this position
I haven't seen one happy staff, most of the student and they all fed up after 2 month. That show why this hotel lucking customer service mr operation manager. NO HAPPY TEAM NO HAPPY CUSTOMERS Couple of good thinks are sea,some of the staff as they are trying their best.
If you want to have nice relaxing holiday do not stay here go and do camping better.

We stayed for 2 nights, the hotel, the grounds, the pools,the accommodation was great. The food in the main restaurant was good quality & had lots of choice. Aziz was a fantastic waiter. The drinks were not great quality, which was disappointing when this is marketed as ultra all inclusive. The 2 people on reception gave very poor service. They hadn't received our paperwork from the company we booked with, although they rang the company & confirmed our booking, they made us wait 3 hours until the paperwork was received. This was definitely not 5 star service, this then meant our daughter missed an afternoon at the pool. Overall we enjoyed our stay & would return.

Room was very clean. We had all inclusive reservation, food were good and various - fresh juices, fresh soup and pancakes in midday and snacks 24 hours, There were opportunity to get still water all the time, cold in bottles - its a big plus if i compare with other places. Animators weren't multilingual and they were very rude to our kids, because they didn't speak in russian languages. There is nice children's area, but next to that is carousel for pay - its unacceptably for ultra all inclusive packet. Ice creams were with large selection and very tasty. In sum I could say that I can recommend this hotel to family with kids.
