Amazing location

Lovely spacious room on the top floor with more like a helicopter landing pad as the balcony! Food was not amazing, the cooked breakfast was poor but good selection of meats cheeses and breads. Pool was very cold when we were there and the outside areas needed a good clean and the grass needed a water. It was the start of the season and the young lad on the bar hadn't a clue what drinks we were asking for. Once the senior staff were on this was never a problem. Amazing location on the beach and a few minutes walk to the railway station. We had a great time and thought for the money it was good value but not what you would call 4 star.

Accommodation: Rooms very nice, clean lines and bathroom shower very large! Beds comfy and clean towels every day.
Food: Not great and very repetitive, although there is something for everyone here.
Staff: Most are very helpful and friendly but make sure you get your drinks in just before bar closes as they will not go one minute over!
Entertainment: Great variety each evening the acts here were very professional especially the flamenco dancers.
Pool area: Plenty of sunbeds enough to go around even well after breakfast finishes. Also the Pool is nice however the smaller pool (which was used previously for kiddies) was in need of a clean.
Pool Bar: Staff lovely and accommodating to your needs, try the 'Anastacia' it is a Baileys and Coffee Liqueur mix - very nice!
Location: Great location, right on the beach (although rough sand) and at the front of the Hotel is an underpass leading to many shops, bars and snack bars/restaurants.
Summary: Generally a really good place for our fun filled weekend, although rated as a 4* I would not give it more than a 3-3.5* as been spoiled previously.

Good value for money.

Just got back from a long, girly break. I honestly don't know why so many people have had negative experiences. That hotel is exactly what you would expect for the money. Our room and the rest of the hotel was clean and the staff more friendly enough. Food was nice and on par for the cost. The pool was lovely and there were plenty of sun beds. The hotel sits right on the beach. The evening entertainment was exactly what you would expect for a Spanish hotel. The only negative I would mention is if you keep the bathroom door closed for a lengthy period of time it does start to smell like drains. You can rent towels and a safe key and I believe some rooms you have to rent the aircon remote too however you do get the cost of this back when you give the remote back to reception. All in all the hotel was just what you'd expect for what you pay and is good value for money. Don't let the negative comments about the underpass put you off either. We were under the impression it was some dark, scary tunnel when it's really not and they are used but evertone ti access the beach. Not just hotel guests. The road has them all the way along as the train train runs through the centre. They aren't loud though. We got the train straight in to Barcelona for just 9 euros return bargain!

Enjoyed our holiday very much, hotel clean, staff nice, decent location. Access to the hotel through the underpass took literally 5 mins. Always something to eat or drink and good quality. I'd be happy to go back again some time.

Absolutely shocking more like a 2 star then a 4 star dnt know how any one can rate this hotel a 4 star. The staff are so miserable especially on reception the rooms or basic and the pool and surrounding areas are disgusting I was there 10 days and the pool was supposed to be cleaned on my 9 day it was absolutely filthy. If you went for a drink r a snack at the pool bar you were greeted with a grunt would never recommend this place
