Amazing view! Amazing situation! Amazing host!

We stayed 6 days at this place and were totally charmed by the view and the carrying of Maria the host, who is just really lovely! Feeling at home With all the confort needed and someone really carrying about her visitors With loads of kidness! We highly recommend this Hôtel! The view of the bay is a diamond! Thank you Maria for this amazing stay

First of all,
we called in advance to see at the last minute if a room was available. We were told that due to a cancellation one was open, and that was why we were getting a discount of some sorts.
Little did we know, that the only reason for that discount was that the owner expected us to pay upfront 700 euros CASH, so she wouldnt have to pay taxes and formally charge the room.
Furthermore,
The access is only possible by car, and the road to there is not for the faint hearted! Stip turns and road filled with holes is what you need to expect while driving there.

To be fair, the general living conditions were pretty great, rooms were clean and view was as expected by the name. However, paying this much, while the owners asks for upfront cash in a country with capital controls is straight up unacceptable.

Amazing view indeed ... from up the hill

We couldn't find a hotel in Mykonos town and did not regret staying at the Amazing View Hotel. It's a nice small hotel in the middle of nature, perched up the hill of Agios Stefanos beach (new port) with spectacular view of the bay and the town. It's only 7 minutes by car (a must) from one of the two Mykonos's parking lot. Very quiet ... you only hear the bells of the moutons grazing in the field below. Maria, the owner is very nice and helpful. The access to the hotel is easy, unlike in Mykonos, where you have to leave your car in the parking lot and drag your luggage to the hotel.

The view is really amazing!!!

We just had a very pleasant experience at amazing view Hotel in Mykonos!
A really amazing view, especially at the sunset, very clean and very beautiful decorated, spacious rooms with kitchen fully equipped. Very close to the city of Mykonos and the Port.
Maria was very helpful and always smiling!
I totally recommend it!

Excellent stay at Amazing View Hotel, July 2014. Maria and her sons could not have been more helpful and welcoming. The apartment was spotless, cleaned every day to a high standard, and the views over the beach, port and town are amazing. Would certainly go back and highly recommend for a relaxing holiday.
