Amazulu saved our night!
Alexandra Kon 12/08/2017 10:50Yesterday the city was fully booked and we were trying every hotel in the area without any success, until we stopped in a restaurant and told the waitress we were desperate to find a descent place to sleep at. This kind waitress told us she would ask the manager of the Amazulu and 5 minutes later he came, kindly helped us and proposed us an incredible room for two people and big enough for four ladies at a very good price. The staff welcomed us the next morning with little jokes at the very tasty breakfast as we arrived suddenly and unexpectedly the other night, with smiles and warmth. Everyone in this hotel is so welcoming and helpful. They seem to have a great team spirit and it is definitely a well managed hotel. Definitely a place to stop at in St. Lucia!!! Thank you so much. You saved our night and sleep. :)
Lovely traditional accommodation
AlisonHampshire_UKon 11/08/2017 11:49We spent 2 nights here with family and friends (10 of us in 5 rooms).
On arrival we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff.
Rooms were thatched and roomy with tv and fridge....we had bought some wine with us...there is no bar.
It is perfectly situated with a short walk to plenty of bars/restaurants.
There was a pool but too cold to swim!
Beds were comfortable but we were woken early by people living behind.
I particularly enjoyed sitting on the veranda in the morning watching the monkeys play!
Breakfast was excellent....full buffet plus English breakfast cooked to order.
All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful.
Would definitely stay again

V6080BQtracycon 16/07/2017 20:15It was like "home from home" but on holiday! Lovely accommodation, with the personal touch that made us feel immediately amongst friends. I've been to this area before and wouldn't hesitate to recommend a visit.
Good stay
Carol Gon 12/07/2017 20:26At first sight the place looks really luxurious but rooms - or at least the one we had - was a bit musty. The rooms are decorated with African colors and have enough space. Breakfast is ok and the place is about 4 min walk to nearest restaurants and supermarket. There s a private parking place. Unfortunately no drinks available as this is a bed and breakfast. ..
Good location on the main street but quiet
630zitakon 08/06/2017 17:56We were 2 couples and stayed 2 nights.
The lodge has a nice layout, close to town yet quiet. Beautiful garden.
The rooms are spacious but dark and poorly lit. Our room was quite humid and smelt damp but once the air-conditioning was on, it was okay. Comfortable beds.
Large (dark) bathroom but poorly lit. Toilets without a door!
The lodge is ideally located in St. Lucia, on the main street where all the restaurants are within walking distance.
Good breakfast and friendly staff.
The property definitely needs revamping.
