Perfect location
AldoTRon 12/07/2017 11:04I spent one night at this hotel with my family. The strong point of this hotel is the location, next to Russian Embassy and very close to the city center, aprox.10 minutes walk. There are some nice bars and restaurants in the area as well. The hotel itself needs a renovation. The service is good and the staff was very polite and helpful.
If you are arriving there by car, you need to know that parking it's a bit problematic. There are only 3 parking places in front of the hotel. Breakfast was average. Price per night it's a bit exaggerated, considering the quality of the hotel
Descent hotel and very near to city centre
Mohamed Yon 09/05/2016 20:02Staffs are really polite and nice. It would be great if you take family room.Breakfast is good and recommend good hotel for minimum budget. Walkable distance to stone bridge and old bazzar. Only thing is tv hasnt cover all int channels.anyways overall good one.
Ok for a short stay
Murat Eon 24/08/2015 19:35The room we stayed was average but clean. The staff was kind. The door to the balcony was blocked by a chair. The elevator was making creepy noises. It has a good location. It is OK for a short stay. It could be cheaper though.
A cheap accommodation for a very short stay

The hotel is in a good location and the staff is available and friendly but the place does look like a very budget accommodation, like they haven't spent any money to maintain it for a few years.
I've shared a twin room with a friend and the size was barely sufficient, in fact we couldn't fully open the window as a seat just took too much space in the room. Inside the room it was terribly warm when we arrived and with a thick smell. The bathroom was quite small and the shower was missing the curtain with the result that after the shower we had to dry the floor with our towels. The breakfast was just decent.
I appreciate the place is cheap so we couldn't have high expectations but we had such a poor experience overall we wouldn't go back there.
OK for short bussiness trips
IvanD462on 04/02/2015 09:08I stayed here for two nights on a bussiness trip to Skopje. Ambasador hotel has it's good and not so good sides. It is situated 5 min walk from the Macedonia Square and old part of town, so it has a great location. Also, right next to hotel is Russian embassy.
Staff is very welcoming and ready to help at any time. Rooms are quite clean and renovated recently (at least that's how it looks to me.) Every floor has it's wi-fi network so free wi-fi in the room has very good signal. I didn't eat in a hotel restaurant so I can't comment on that. Rooms are quite small, and so are the beds, although I was OK with my 173cm.
It's not the most beautiful hotel I was in, but also I've seen much worse.
I tried to give you a bare description, so you can decide for yourself.
All in all, I was not thrilled but it was OK.
