Good value for money
Sharon324on 06/04/2017 16:35I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights whilst visiting my son who lives in the area. I found it to be clean and comfortable with friendly staff and a reasonable breakfast. My only criticism is that it boasts a gym which is an exaggeration - there are a few pieces of equipment in a room off the Spa, it is certainly not like the photo on their website!

AMNHon 25/11/2016 16:46I would say this is a decent hotel for business stay. The rooms are clean and spacious, and there is a very quiet lounge for a drink and some music at night. Opposite the hotel is a shopping mall, 889, and there are some good restaurants there, such as Wagas. In fact, besides the mall, there are also other shops and eateries nearby. Hence, the location is pretty good.
Short stay
Rolf Lon 15/11/2016 05:27The hotel was clean with friendly, helpful staff. All in reception speak english. Location was further away from the Exhibition center than advertised but with Metro and Bus reachable in short time. Very quiet area with limited shops and restaurants around.
An Acceptable Business Stay
Andy Son 29/10/2016 15:16A very busy hotel in central Shanghai - has seen better days and looks in need of refurbishment but is comfortable and with all the required facilities. Very popular with foreign tour groups and the Breakfast restaurant is really much too small to accommodate everybody trying to pile in during the peak periods. Rooms a reasonable size but the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom in my room really needed upgrading with mould clear around the bath
Decent hotel with good facilities
BiggestMacon 24/10/2016 23:10Stayed here for business as part of a large group. Decent sized room on 22nd floor with usual facilities. Air conditioning system wasn't working properly so it would only blow out cold air - not too helpful for drying monsoon-washed clothes! Room had been updated to an extent but bathroom was tired and mildewy.
Breakfast was an eclectic mix of eastern and western foods, with tureens of spicy soups, rice, noodles and baked beans... Lunches lovely but service could be incredibly slow, ditto using the bar (very expensive).
OK for a night or two, but would be less keen about a longer stay.
