Cigarette burns in the bedspread, Poopy streaks the toilet, charged $15 more upon checking in that I was quoted. This is just within the first fifteen minutes of walking on the property. Nothing good avoid this place

this has been my worst experience ever. beds are broke, slanted to the side. lamp shades are missing. room stinks. nothing matches in the room , looks like they bought everything from goodwill. don't stay here, you will think you will get robbed . and the staff is very unprofessional. lol they charge a 5 dollar fee for the remote to the TV. need I say more? oh and the bedding had blood stains on them.

Gouging people in hurricane

We didn't actually stay at the hotel(after the reviews on the site,thank god!)but when hurricane matthew was gonna come through we were looking for a hotel.We got to the ambassador and the charge was gonna be 250$! Total crap,and we went next door to the enterprise(an honest business for once.)and found out the ambassador is usually are cheaper but theyre taking advantage of people looking for a place to stay during the hurricane!Sad that ANYBODY would do this.It should be a crime.Go to the enterprise,might not be super nice but they deserve the business simply for being an honest buisness. oh and when you find out the Wi-Fi password...its awesome.

I have stayed in a lot of little hotels/motels in the area and this one by far has done a number. When I arrived here the door was locked as the attendee was cleaning a room. She saw me standing there at the door, she came out and said give me a few minutes. Really... excuse me.. you are the one that need my business and you are going to make me wait outside.. Really??? Well, she did for a few minutes. Prior to me arriving here I had called and was told you can only book online, and when you do they literally charge after the second person in the room extra. I always pick a double queen as I have kids, at the time of checking I let them know of my kids. This motel literally charges per child $20.00. That is just ridiculous. A room based on two queen bed can hold 4 people with no extra cost.

DO NOT BOOK!

Everything is horrible. We paid when we entered the room it was so horrible we had to do the housekeeping service ourselves. It looked like someone literally died in the room and they didn't even go to the trouble to hide it. We found unwanted objects on the room, dangerous for kids. If you really value your health and life don't book this motel. The room is so filthy you can get an eye disease just by looking at the beds.
