samONealon 30/07/2017 06:46I visited this hotel after 2 years of being out of town. It was obvious it was under new management. The roof had changed from green to Red! The front desk staff was very helpful going above and beyond to help me navigate my way around town. The rooms were well kept and newly updated! The beds were brand new and i was very impressed. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be back here on my next visit. 5 stars in my book!

SolidSourceGAon 13/07/2017 05:43I have stayed at this hotel before and I have to admit it was just ok. I came back here with my family for a fun weekend in town and WOW! What a difference a month makes. Jigna at the front desk was amazing checking us in. She was very friendly and had a smile on her face the entire time we were there. She made an extended effort to make sure there was nothing else we needed including calling me after check in to see if everything was to our liking. I gotta say that was a first for me! I will be back. You can see so much improvement in this hotel even from May. Give this hotel a chance! It's worth it for the price, friendly staff, location, and those beds feel like you are sleeping on feathers!!!

Jamaalmanon 09/07/2017 13:53I stayed here a few years ago and had multiple issues, I came back due to last minute track day at lil Talladega and I must say....what a turnaround! The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were spotless, internet was fast and check in was quick. The parking lot is huge, which makes parking my bike trailer easy. I will be coming back here for all my track days in Alabama.

on 30/06/2017 18:13I was very impressed by the service of the desk agents. I had several bags and the agent Jigna took extra effort to get to my room. And at checkout the front desk agent Amanda was immediately smiling and greeted me. She also helped me to get in touch with Uber or a bus. I will return to Red Roof and will recommend to my friends and family. The beds we're also amazing. But Amanda and Jigna went above and beyond to help me. I'm very grateful to them and Red Roof.
Awful. Crooks running this hotel!
jfew2017on 17/05/2017 17:18Checked in late on a Saturday night . I called three times throughout the day to let them know we would be checking in late. When I arrived they wanted to charge me an extra $50.00 because there were four people staying in the room. The whole reason I reserved a room with two beds was because there would be four of us which I put on the reservation. With the added cost my room charge was now $200 + dollars. I told the front desk I would be paying cash upon check in which I always do. I was told once I got there AFTER I paid for the room in cash that they charged my card for the room earlier in the day. Once I found this out I ask for my cash payment back which was refused.Not only was it refused but the guy working the desk had a terrible attitude about everything. I was told they would credit my card/acct back. After getting past the headache of just checking in we finally get to our room, I went to shower and found the tub to be dirty and also there was a problem with the hot water. Shower lasted about 5 minutes before water went ice cold. I checked my acct upon check out and there were no charges to my acct, great right?? Well two weeks go by and I get a email notification showing a draft on my acct from the hotel for the amount of the stay. Keep in mind two weeks passed and I paid for the room in cash! I am currently working with my bank to dispute the charges and the overdraft fees that came with it.
