Debbie Mon 17/08/2017 00:32Saving a few dollars is not a good enough reason to stay in this run-down shabby place. I'm not a snob but the room was terribly threadbare and worn. I requested a room with a bathtub but the tub didn't even have a drain plug. The desk guy was no help. The refrigerator wasn't plugged in and took forever to cool and the microwave gave off a burned plastic smell when we tried to use it . The room was very large with just one bed and a chair. Looked like there once were 2 beds but one had been removed. The best thing about this place was the Dunkin' Donuts next store where I was able to get hot water for my tea since the microwave was faulty. If this was the only hotel available for whatever event I wanted to go to, I would stay home.
Needed a reasonable priced hotel
Adele Pon 03/08/2017 03:28Hotel was ok. Not great. Clean but needs more redos. Friendly helpful staff. Minimal breakfast but sufficient. Believe they are still working to improve. Some rooms I believe have regular rentals. Would recommend if your needing a reasonable priced hotel and not real fussy.
Nice quiet and good price
LicorneQuebecon 28/06/2017 20:19Cute 60s style building, we arrived late and service was fine, there was breakfast included but we had heard about comfort inn's breakfast buffet by the Seneca lake so we did not try it. The beds were confortable and there was AC. Looks like the rooms were recently refurbished, fridge was recent, there was a flat TV. Very good price for the comfort I would go back.
Worst hotel to go to - do yourself a favor and save your money and sleep outside!

I don't want to be completely biased here but let me explain my experience: I went to book a room online and in the span of two hours, after realizing I won't be able to make it, I went ahead and cancelled it. With many email confirmations telling me my card shouldn't be charged until I got there, I realized later my card was charged. So ok take my money after I clearly canceled it but can you accommodate me for a future stay? No, because this shaggy shack of a hotel needs all the money in the world just to get rated one star and to pay their non-customer friendly representatives! I'm out of $100 bucks thanks to these jerks! Don't EVER come here!!!!
This place sucks
dbastian1234on 09/06/2017 00:54Toilet would not flush, no tv remote, room was filthy and no one knew where fresh linens were in the office. A lot of vagrants onsite. We did not spend the night. In addition, the room was non-smoking, but smelled like an old smokers room. Moldy smell from the Time you walk in hotel door. Gross to say the least.
