Easy overnight stay
Adrienne Kon 07/07/2017 03:43Simple place, clean, easy check in with no reservation after a long day's drive. They have a waffle maker and some complementary breakfast basics before hitting the road the next AM. Suited our overnight road trip needs perfectly for the price.
Disgusting
RamonaL34on 05/05/2017 18:26Housekeeping could potentially be on strike at the America's Best Value Inn & Suites. Our first room had dirty sheets so we switched rooms and the second room's sheets were nasty as well. There is no way this property is industrial cleaning their linen. Our first room not only had stains on the sheets but had bonus hair on them as well.
On the second night cigarette smoke started coming through bathroom fan in our non-smoking room. Staff wasn't bothered. We had the pleasure of enjoying this all night.
Don't go there for the pool that is advertised. Yes they have a pool, there is about a foot of nasty water in it.
One star is a way too generous representation of our stay.
Think twice about going here
Oma-and-Opa2017on 30/03/2017 01:21Moldy shower curtain, room was not ready at the stated 3pm check in time. We had to wait 45 minutes for our room. Couldn't find the vending machine or ice machine upstairs. Pillows were old and flat the bed was very firm.
Rates are low and you get what you pay for
Droctonon 01/03/2017 21:30This motel had the worst complimentary breakfast ever.They had no regular coffee and the decaf was ice cold. Two cereals to choose from and they had only white bread for toast.Really grim. Rooms were minimalistic, but acceptable. Do not go to Shoneys next door. We waited at least an hour for our order, and the manager finally came over and said the cook misplaced our ticket. There were only a few other diners there,so it was not because they were busy. We left without eating.

Patrick Ron 21/10/2016 17:02I booked the hotel for a night on my Uncles Bday weekend. I read the reviews and they didn't seem too bad. When we got to Church st. it was 10am, check-in everywhere is around 2pm. So we went to every hotel on Church to see who would let us in early. None did. So at 2pm we checked in here at ABVI&S. I have stayed in way worse. In my opinion they cleaned up well for a 1-2 star hotel. The breakfast had fresh waffles, cereal and juice. The mattresses looked brand new. The sheets had no stains or spots. The room didn't smell or anything. Staff was nice. Only issue I always have is that the pillows always seem to smell like some cheap generic disinfectant spray.
