Awful disgusting
Kim Won 01/07/2017 22:21We stayed here for one night. Staff not even at desk upon arrival. Place is not well lit. Room was dirty, pubic hair on toilet and in shower, ants on bathroom floor, mucus on shower curtain that didn't even close, walls and counter top dirty. Beds are not comfortable. Breakfast barely had anything. Juice was so watered down it didn't taste like juice. Place is creepy, lots of people staring at us when we were there, seems like more of a homeless shelter than a hotel. Needs some serious updating, remodeling and attention. Owners and managers need to actually care for the place. So disgusting I would never let anyone stay there. If were weren't so exhausted and stuck in a less than 24 hour cancellation clause we would have left.
Attractively affordable niche near Peachtree City
paulpf1860on 07/03/2017 21:54This trip had a rather shoestring budget, so I made it with some trepidation. I was very pleasantly surprised by the fine value/experience found here. Although there was one night (out of four) of unreliable wifi service, the evening staff in particular demonstrated courtesy upon every question/request. The night I had banged a toe quite severely (at the convention, not on site) my requested for a plug for to soak in the tub brought as well some spontaneously-proffered bandaids. Breakfast's highlight was the popular do-it-yourself Belgian waffle, but the simple buffet was certainly adequate, if not sumptuous. Linens were first rate; fridge and micro helped defray eating costs -- affordable groceries easily picked up en route from doings. Yes, it took a wee tad of driving to get to what had brought me, but the savings compensated for the gas many times over, and I learned to use backroads for enjoying the local flavor. (Italy isn't the only place where one will find a "Turin." No, this one hasn't got a Shroud...) Should I find myself returning to the vicinity, I wouldn't hesitate to inquire first about this site's availability.
Wasn't worth the money
Kayla Son 28/11/2016 15:12Even with a "deal", this place cost just as much as the nicer hotels near it. It's probably the worst hotel I've stayed in, even more so than a hotel I stayed at in Honduras. I hate giving bad reviews, and I'm generally optimistic but this was a rough one. We called 2-3 days before arriving to have our check-in time changed to 2 hours earlier. They said sure. We arrive to see their children (literally) just starting to clean our room. They finish quickly :/ and we go in. There were dark marks on the couch where you could tell people had sat a lot. The floor was really dirty, as were the drains. The sink kept clogging cause someone had stuffed a tea bag in it. There was a huge hole in the bathroom wall from the door. They were doing construction above us which stopped early in the afternoon but it sounded like they were coming through the ceiling at any second. The sheets seemed clean, though. We took all our stuff with us when we left for the wedding and unpacked it all again when we got back. It's a little bit of a run down area and I was worried about our car, honestly. We learned our lesson and will just pay the same amount or more for a better hotel, regardless of any of the good reviews for this place.
Okay
Stephanie Bon 22/07/2016 00:57We checked in late. The hotel itself is not in the best location and the rooms are located on the exterior. The room itself was nice though and included a fridge and microwave. Very basic amenities, but we had a good sleep. Would stay here again. The price was good.
No complaints.
debmcdon 24/06/2016 01:49Basic and no frills except for a nice pool. Friendly front desk and very accommodating housekeeping staff. Chose this motel as we like to park outside our room and have exterior door entry.
Microwave & fridge in room but no coffee maker.
Basic toiletries.
Easy to get into town for some great local restaurants.
