After we did not get our room at Buffalo Run, we stopped here. The lady was extremely nice and accommodating, room was clean, bed was comfortable and the price was right. There was a terrible storm that night but the owners took good care of us.

Good value for what the motel offers. Clean inexpensive rooms with good shower amenities but little else. WiFi reception was good.

We were driving from Kansas City Mo and wanted to find a quick place to stay. We usually use ABV and we have the discount card so decided to get two rooms here. Location is great and rooms a good for the price.

We pulled in here around 9:30 P.M. on 17 Feb 2017
Got a room 108 .The door did not fasten real tight but did have a dead bolt with a chain
Parking lot had good lighting.
The room itself was very nice beds really comfortable
Here again not that the room is excellent ,I give it that for having a fridge with a real freezer and a microwave and all for only 57.00 a night. The big fancy places do not give you that at 100 a night. They do have wifi but I did not get the password.Tried calling the front desk but not sure Ihad a correct number
It is not very far from several casinos in the area
We did notice the tankon the toilet was loose and looking it appeared to be new
I did tell the hotel clerk the next morning andhe went straight away to take care of it
No, it isn't an excellent motel per say .but fro what you get and a parking lot that you can see at night along with a actual fridge and microwave it deserves an excellent
The freezer and fridge is not your typical cheap barely get anything cold in you rupscale motels .Thsi w ill freeze drinks solid as a rock if left in freezer to long

I do a lot of driving across the country and I stay at ABV Inns pretty often. I'm usually not let down by them like I was this one.
The room was what I'd have expected to pay $10 for in a non-resort area of a poor country. It looked flood damaged it was so bad. I was too tired to move on or I would have. It was a non-smoking room that smelled like it had been smoked in for years.
Again, I'm usually happy with this hotel chain. This one was awful.
