The room is an adequate size. That's the only positive thing I can say. The hall carpets are worn. The mattress is cheap. The towels are threadbare. There was no hair dryer. I had to get one from the desk, and it did not work. Soundproofing between the rooms is non-existent.

We spent a weekend in Americas Best Value inn to attend the wedding at Hyatt.
Our stay was wonderful. Very nice,CLEAN and newly renovated place.The beds were
very comfortable and CLEAN. I strongly recommend if you are looking for best value.

This room was booked for 6 days. We also had another room booked for 7-15. Our employees arrived on 7-13, and after going to their room they requested another room which led to them requesting yet another room. The rooms had holes in the wall filled with spray foam, and were moldy. Upon requesting a refund they were told that we would be required to pay for one night's stay.
I called the following morning to speak with a manager and was told that he would be in at 9:00 am. I called at 9:25 only to be told that he would be in at noon. At the request of the female that answered the phone I explained the nature of my call. She offered to take a message, and have the manager Ashok call me back. I did not receive a call from the manager.
I respectfully expect a FULL refund, and an answer to this review.

We stayed here for two nights in a newly renovated room with brand new carpet and comfortable beds. The shower was excellent, there was a goodsize fridge and a microwave. Excellent take off point for day trips to Hoopers Island, St. Michaels, Chincoteague and Assateague. Returning late after visiting the Blackwater wildlife refuge, the super friendly Mr. Shah brewed us a fresh pot of coffee. Very good value if you are looking for a budget place to stay, highly recommended.

We arrived for the six pillars. Thought it was a great deal. NEVER would I have imagined a place like this. The lobby was gross. The guy checking us in was eating.
We got up to the room and I pulled the covers off the bed and said "WE ARE LEAVING"
The bed wasn't even changed. It was so disgustingly gross that I could have puked.
Went downstairs and said we are not staying that the bed was dirty etc. He said as he was still eating. We will change it. NO WAY. We couldn't get out of there fast enough.
This place needs to be condemned. You are better off sleeping in your car.
