Lost but found!

I recently stayed here and when I checked out I asked the woman at the front desk for advice on where to get breakfast. She confidently recommended Tnt's which was great! I later realized I had forgotten a small portable speaker in my room.

I called the hotel and was fortunately connected to the very same woman who had given me the tip on Tnt.. She assured me my lost speaker had been turned in by cleaning staff and was waiting for me at the front desk. I also learned this kind woman's name was Hazel and that she was the manager.

I do not live near Hesperia so I wondered if Hazel might be willing to mail the speaker to me. Sure enough, I mailed some postage $ to her and my speaker was mailed to me 1st class!

Now I do not recommend leaving items behind in your room but rest assured that your visit will be a safe and pleasant experience. I am certain that Hazel's leadership has helped form the staff's attitudes to respect and protect their guests and property during their visit. Feeling lost? Just ask for Hazel!

Worn, but comfortable bed and pillows

Our room was spotless, even though the carpet and fixtures were old and worn and the paint a little chipped. The bed was very comfortable as was the pillow and I had a good nights sleep, even though I am a light sleeper. The room also came with a microwave and refrigerator, an unexpected perk, though no electric kettle or coffee maker. There is a Carl's Jr in walking distance; the strip mall across the street has a bar (which bills itself as a restaurant, but believe me, it isn't) which didn't keep me up even though I was at the motel on a Saturday night. There are several good places to eat within a quarter mile. The continental breakfast has juice, coffee, tea, wrapped sweetrolls, muffins, fruit, instant oatmeal. All in all, fine for the price for one nights stay.

Great place. Here on business with 8 rooms. The management and staff are so nice and helpful. Rooms are adequate size and very clean. TV is great so many channels. Pool but small. Wifi works. Any problems are dealt with quickly and fast. Price is reasonable and they will negotiate.

The softest bed ever

The warmest welcome on check in to this lovely motel, great low rate with bright pleasant room & the softest bed.There was a fridge & microwave but disappointed that there was no coffee maker.There are lots of restaurants nearby & shopping malls. Great wifi & big tv.We had a lovely stay here.

This property was convenient to our destination and clean. The beds were comfortable and we had enough towels. The staff was more than welcoming for our 3 night stay and seemed to enjoy their jobs. We were travelling with dogs for the dog shows, and they welcomed us with open arms. They addressed any needs requested quickly and efficiently.
Although the property is not high end, it was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. However, we would have liked to have a coffee maker and hair dryer in the room.
