Robert Hon 28/06/2017 18:26We were doing a whirlwind trip to a funeral in Brownwood. We had checked the motels, hotels & Inns in Brownwood. They were all full. We finally found America's Best Value Inn in Comanche, Texas. And we were glad we found y'all. Now, about the room: The bathroom was cramped. The toilet paper holder was way too close to the toilet. It sit right at my armpit. We were glad to find a rolling table, but when we pulled it out - there was a lot of dust. It appeared the maid had dusted only the part of the table she could reach without pulling it out to dust the back side. I am a disabled American Vet (Marine Corps - Vietnam). I was wore out from the trip from Magnolia, Texas (SE Texas, near Houston). The bed was comfortable, but neither my wife nor I slept well. We were simply sore from the trip. No fault of the room. Also, a larger coffee maker in the room would have been nice.

Kikkidianeon 05/06/2017 03:14This is a great place to stay. The owners are great. The staff is wonderful. The beds are comfy too. They have fridge & microwaves in the rooms. It's conveniently located in town on the main road. A hop, skip and jump from everywhere. We love it!

Branda Gon 03/06/2017 21:00This place had a dirty stained bedspread. The stain on the back of the bedspread looked like blood! All the towels and wash cloths stained also.
Air conditioner did work good. I suggest you pay the extra money and stay at the BEST WESTERN and n Comanche. I got this hotel on Priceline and it compared the motel to a star rating to that of a Best Western, which it certainly as not comparable!

Caroline Non 25/11/2016 12:54We've stayed here before and had no problems but you get what you pay for. Sink drains poorly, live roaches in the bathroom, pet stains on the carpet, torn bed skirt. Door jam chewed up by previous pet owners who left their pets unattended.
Won't be back, would rather pay more.

Jeff Ron 17/10/2016 02:13Nice budget motel. Clean room. Comfortable bed with clean sheets. Refrigerator, MW, and coffee maker in room. Well-behaved highway construction crew staying the night I was here. Very quiet in the parking lot.
