Comfortable, clean, large rooms

This is an older motel which has been refurbished but shows signs of wear. That said, it had all the things that were important to us - clean, comfortable, queen-sized beds, hot water, and air conditioning. We came in late in the evening and were welcomed by a cheerful and kind man who was very solicitous for our comfort. The rooms are quite large and the ac had been left on, which was wonderful. Breakfast included waffles, cereal, muffins, and juice so we left prepared for our day.

False advertising

This hotel is not as they described. Booked a two bed room. They refused to provide a second bed. They had run my credit card and refused to refund money when we refused to stay. Strange people siting on the stairs smoking at 11pm. After opening the door the room smelled as if smokers had stayed in the room smoking. Not a place I wanted my wife and daughter in.

This Americas Best Value Inn is a very comfortable and clean motel! The bed surprised us! See for yourself! I posted a pic of it. Add that to the price and you have a perfect marriage! The manager was extremely polite and we had a nice conversation. Would definitely stay here again!

High school graduation

I was suprised rooms recently updated fresh paint on interior rooms fresh bedding and 32 inch tv with lots channels. Beds very comfy work clean bedding, AC strong blowing worked fine. I'm 5'10 so the bath tub is small. Only negative is the bathroom is small and some of the work in bathroom could be redone. Room 105. Don't let the outside fool you, my stay for 4 dys was good, for the price can't beat. I would stay here again.

Excellent Hotel

We had a great experience staying at this hotel. The staff was friendly. Rooms were newly remodeled. Breakfast was good as well. We were on our way to see our granddaughter in Oklahoma city and couldn't make it due to the weather but now this is where we will stop from now on. Small town with a excellent hotel.
