Great room and excellent price. Excellent customer service. Breakfast is available when you are busy on your business trips. Highly recommended!!
I would stay on all my future business trips.
Best location to access Downtown and all the Jefferson city attractions and to the Capitol Building.Also very close to all the restaurants.

The room and bed are comfortable. The staff, specifically Panna the desk clerk, are very responsive to my requirements. You will get a really good deal if you work with Panna. Mine is a long term stay, and I need a place near the city itself. I can get to work in a matter of minutes from the motel, and that includes getting breakfast (I'm not a fan of the continental breakfast they offer). The motel is reasonably close to everything in the city.
Specifically to responsiveness, they replaced my desk chair when the seat ruptured. It took a while, but they found a new chair. I'd recommend this motel for business travel and temporary accommodation in Jefferson City.

I came here good for business trip and stayed in American best value inn, this is the best in the city, have a great clean services, great price and best customer service ever seen before.i liked to have. ahot break fast every morning.

The room was dirty. Bathroom shower had hair all in it. And I'm not talking a little hair that you could pass up. I'm talking long black hair in bunches. The toilet we also had to clean something brown off the toilet seat before it was usable. The bed seats had hair and stains and the blankets had burn hokes and stains all over. Same with towels and wash clothes. Floors was very weak in places

We stayed there on August 20 before the eclipse. Rooms weren't too bad. Beds were comfortable. Found a booger on the back of the bathroom door. Not the most pleasant thing to look at while you are doing your business. Also there were a couple of boogers on the inside of the shower curtain. The clerk at the front desk was rude and condescending. The continental breakfast consisted of sweet rolls and cereal...no fruit...no waffles...not much variety. I would try to find another place with a better continental breakfast.
