Gayle Don 10/07/2017 22:32We made our plans for this trip rather hastily so we booked here because it was available and reasonably priced. It was average in most every way including the price. Rooms were clean but rather dark and plainly decorated. Stairwells were not particularly clean or well cared for. We wouldn't likely stay here again, but it served its purpose while we were there. Pool looked nice, and the beach was nearby. Just don't expect many frills.

990s2017on 10/07/2017 15:27We were very happy with the accommodations. The room was clean, comfortable and in a great location near shops, restaurants and Perkins Cove. The price was fair and we would definitely stay there again!
Clean and updated rooms in Wells Maine
Christopher Son 10/07/2017 01:27We recently had a one night stay at Americas Best Value Inn. Our room was updated and very clean. This is a no frills family friendly inn with a pool, picnic tables and grilles if you want to cook your own. No breakfast service but there is a great restaurant across the street. Great value for your money
Real nice place

Clean room but very musty.
manjsson 09/07/2017 18:37The room was very clean, beds were comfortable, but the smell of the room made us what to wear a mask. It was so musty, we bought spray and put on the dehumidifier they already had in the room, but that did not help. The door to the room was also a little crooked so you can see outside from the cracks. Otherwise, good value, great location.
